We had the privilege of installing CurvesSmart in 2008 as well, which gives members moment-to-moment feedback on workout intensity, calorie burn, heart rate, and proper range of motion. In 2011 we introduced Curves Circuit with Zumba. Classes that combine the Curves Circuit with the fun music and dance moves of Zumba! You’ll tone up, burn hundreds of calories and have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out! In 2012 we internally launched our new diet plan, Curves Complete. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
I first worked out in Curves as a member in 2001 and began managing a location in 2002. I moved to Gaithersburg in 2003 to open this location. I have personally lost 6 dress sizes and even after having a baby, am back down to my pre-pregnancy weight already thanks to Curves. I love and believe in the program and know that it has and will continue to save the lives of so many women in our communities.
