Love working with Dave and Stephen! They have always been there to help answer questions even on weekends.

Switching my policy over to a more professional agent! Whoever is the rude chick that answers the phone who 1. can barley pronunciate her words and 2. possibly the rudest woman to ever answer a phone! I suggest you upgrade the help over there and teach your employees what’s right and what’s wrong. I hate contacting you guys for whatever issue I have, I like State Farm but the customer is always right and for this you’ve lost another client.

My husband has been a client with Dave Vidmar for over 20 years. I have been using them since we moved to Maryland for the past 7 years. . We use them for both aut0 and homeowners insurance. Several months ago I had an issue where I stopped receiving bills for my policy from State Farm (my huband still received them and we still got our home owners) and my insurance was cancelled unknowingly. I am a very Type A person never missing a payment and paying ALL BILLS on time. When I called to find out what happened, I encountered the rudest and most demeaning customer service from a female employee that I have received in my life. If I were her supervisor I would have fired her on the spot. I posted the issue to Dave’s facebook page, but never received a follow-​up. My post has since been deleted. Recently my husband spoke with an agent who had told him that State Farm cancelled our insurance 6 months ago. This is the mailing issue that was never resolved in the first place and now is costing us $ 1000 fine with the DMV. It is very difficult to pay a bill one does not receive and I am not a mind reader. I requested all bills going forward be delivered via certified mail. I am truly disappointed that this issue happened twice and wasn’t adequately resolved. We are now shopping for new insurance.
