The people there are extremely nice except for one person, Christine the pharmacy manager. Good god, I can’t begin to explain how cold, soulless and rude this pharmacist is.
A sample encounter:
[mix-up w/med pre-authorization]
Me: Sorry, this shows an incorrect co-pay (It was off by ~$ 30). Would you be able to talk to the insurance b/c I just spoke with them and they said that is not correct.
Christine: [annoyed] It’s only $ 39…just pay for it.
In her eyes, everyone bathes in money.
BTW, CVS calls the doc for you and are happy to have you as a customer. And not make you put on your sparring gloves before each visit to the pharmacy. But I do recommend stopping by to see her if you’d like to see what «stick up your @$$» and «stinkface» looks like.
I would give them 4 stars if not for the pharmacy manager. Sadly, after almost two decades of going to that Giant, I must switch over to another store that doesn’t in any way contribute to her salary. Her too good for you attitude is sickening.
