History
Established in 1995.
Dr. Paul Niesen graduated from the State University of NY, School of Dental Medicine in 1990, and moved to Maryland after serving 4 years in the United Stated Air Force Dental Corp.
The dental office is located within an 1892 Historic House in Olde Towne Gaithersburg, but yet is also one of the most high-tech and modern dental offices in Maryland, making for a very unique setting. The historic property was completely renovated in 2006 for a clean, pleasant, and modern facility.
Dr. Niesen is a nationally-known teacher, lecturer and mentor in the use of high-technology in dentistry. He has been training other dentists in the use of technology to benefit patient care for over 8 years, and has taught and mentored hundreds of dentists in the Greater Washington DC area.

Paul R. Niesen, D.D.S.
Dr. Paul Niesen graduated from the State University of New York, School of Dental Medicine in 1990. After fours years serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corp., Dr. Niesen moved to Maryland with his wife Candace, and started his general dental practice.
Dr. Niesen believes that all patients should be treated as family, and provided with all options for their dental health, presented in a compassionate and straight-forward manner. As a clinical instructor and nationally-known teacher and lecturer, Dr. Niesen brings his expertise and experience into his daily interaction with his patients.
Dr. Niesen lives in Gaithersburg with his wife Candace and teenage daughter Callyn. He enjoys gardening, carpentry, and is a certified private airplane pilot.
