If I could I would put 0 stars. First in the dodge ball almost all the bigger kids CHEAT and the staff do nothing about it. It seems like the staff are nicer to the people that they know and don’t do much about everyone else. The staff… THEY ARE HOT GARBAGE. Defiantly need all new staff. Overall hate that place, never comming back. Don’t recommend it.

My son and I have been in the house since it started snowing Friday!!! Now that we can finally get out of our complex and get around, I had to bring my kiddo out to have some fun. I didn’t want to drive too far and this place is about 10mins from our house.
For $ 17.50 my kiddo got to bounce for 2 hours and he got the special socks. This place is nice, all ages — adults/​teens/​little kids — doing indoor trampoline! And there are lots of employees nearby each area to supervise.
We will definitely be back!!!

Was initially disappointed with their lack of communication. I tried to schedule a birthday party, left several messages by phone and on their face book page with no response. Someone did get back with me several days later and was very apologetic regarding not getting a return call. My son is very happy that he can have his
party there as we have always had a good experience with them.

**REVISED** Fun place to go on an off day of school however, if I am paying for my kids and an hour of jump time and their told they can’t play dodge ball cause of private parties how ridiculous is that? I’m paying good money for them to use the whole facility not for them to be turned away in both dodge ball arenas!!! SMH!!!
Had a call from the owner and he made right and walked through the process with me. Hands down the right was to business! Will be returning soon!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the fun times are guaranteed. We had a party with 21 adults. We had everything set up for us, our own room, and pizza at the end!
You NEED to go for birthdays or just going for the hell of it! You’ll have an amazing time!

Very new and super clean. We were there for a birthday party so our kids had a staff member assigned to them.
This place is great for active kids with energy to burn, we are going to look into open sessions in the future.

I understand a place like this has to have rules, but this was excessive. No jumping while holding a toddler. No jumping near said toddler while she lies on the trampoline, even though she was laughing and I was doing it very gently. You can’t lie down on the trampolines. You aren’t even supposed to sit. Everyone has to be standing, jumping, or walking. No running on the trampolines. They got onto us for everything we did it seemed like. It really put a damper on our experience. Coupled with the fact that it is super expensive, we won’t be back.
One good thing was that one of the employees, an African-​American guy in his late teens or early 20s – I didn’t get his name – was very sweet and offered to open up one of the closed areas for us so we could play with the ball (all she wanted to do) but not have to be in the dodge-​ball or basketball areas. My two older kids seemed to have fun, but again, I just didn’t think it was worth the price.

I brought my kids here on a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and plenty of fun trampoline games without bumping into people. Everyone working was friendly and helpful despite my million questions. Thanks Abby for your patience and personable demeanor!
It can get expensive so check the website for promotions if your kids bother you to go weekly (like mine).
If you have young kids with a lot of energy you have to take them here!

This place is practically brand-​new and their competition is Bounce U and Pump It Up.
Jason attended his best friend from pre-school’s 8th birthday party. The main difference between Rockin Jump and the others is that this place also is great for other family members to get involved. The others are more or less strictly for young kids only, probably up to the age of 7 – 8?
If you always wanted to dunk a basketball, well you have your chance using an assist from the trampoline to get nice and high to do it!
There are lots of comfy sofa seats and TV to kick back for the parents who choose to sit it out.
Anthony was great with the kids and there were lots of employees around. Let’s see how the next few months go as they figure out how many employees are optimal to run this place efficiently and safely. Otherwise, they are doing great!

Best Trampoline park in the Washington D.C. area!!! I’ve taken my kids to many of the parks in the area (MD and VA), and this is by far the best of them all! Staff is very friendly and helpful with the kids making sure its a fun and safe experience. Comfy recliners for parents to sit while kids play, but parents can also jump. This is not your average trampoline park… I was very impressed and my kids had a blast. My daughter has already asked to have her birthday party at Rockin Jump Gaithersburg later this year. Best part is your kids can get all their extra energy out rain, snow, or shine.
