worst place to go get a hairline or haircut. I went there a few occasions. The times I went to the barber shop I was disappointed my shape up was backed up way above my hairline. The second time I visited I wanted a Mohawk and the barber gave me a half Mohawk disappointed after I thought I would give them another try but I ended up regretting it and shortly after I had to buzz cut my hair.

This place deserves no stars. I brought my little cousins to have their hair braided here and I assure you we will never return. This has to be THE most pathetic excuse for a professional establishment I have ever come across in my life. Ms. Ronky, the owner, was INCREDIBLY rude. Her utter lack of professionalism was a terrible representation of her entire store. Some of her employees(in the braiding department) were just as rude if not worse. Simple instructions were met with blatant disrespect, rolling eyes and raised voices from not just one, but many employees at once. Try to be diplomatic and they start scowling at you and insulting you in french. Little did they know I both speak and understand french so the side comments did not get very far. Absolutely horrible customer service, everyone we spoke with seemed to have caught amnesia and the prices we agreed upon changed over night. And to top it off, the hair style was mediocre ATBEST. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Admittedly we did not experience any problems with the barbers or other stylists(washers/dryers). They were kind and professional. The management, however, should be ashamed of itself. This place is a joke.

I took my 5 year old son there for a back-2-school cut. I needed a place at the last minute and I’m new here so I couldn’t go driving around trying to find a barber for my son. So I went here. The guy that cut my sons hair was nice and great with my kid. It was quick and painless or him. The only problem I had was the cost. $ 15 I believe it was! I thought that was a bit much for a toddlers hair cut w/no designs, just a simple low cut w/edging. Like I said, I’m new here so I dont know if that’s the norm. But it’s so convenient being that it’s in the mall! I would go back, and I would recommend others to go too… with a coupon! ;-)
