Shopping Portals

By far the worst person in the world to deal with. Promised to build a complete website and write our content. She used mostly stock pictures, vs the ones we provided and wanted her to use. Then told me time and time again how what I wanted in our website was wrong. 1^st rule of business is the customer is always right and they sign your paycheck. So they get what they want.
Gave her a deposit to get started, then demanded another payment because she had more hours invested in writing our content than originally planned. But the content she wrote was so wrong describing what we do it wasn’t even funny. Told her to try again. Then we would pay her. Never heard from her again. Then after 3 months sends her lawyer after me for non payment and claiming we signed a contract. Yet she couldn’t produced a signed contract. Her lawyer said she tried to contact me. No phone calls, no letter, no email, etc. She likes to play victim. She screwed me out of $ 500. Plus money for my lawyer to send her lawyer a letter telling them to produce a signed contract.
Never got any web site and lost $$$$ of dollars of income that was suppose to be brought in by our website because she ever completed it.
Stay away from shopping portals and Judith Palfrey
BTW she runs her business out of her house. Should have been my 1^st warning sign.
