USA All Points Moving and Storage

The woman above me had the same exact issues I did, this place is not legit at all!
We were quoted at $ 300, which we figured was low but that it wouldn’t be too much more than that. It ended up being $ 700 for a 14 mile move! We were emailed by «Carla» and she laughed when I called her to mention all the extra charges ($ 125 for mandatory plastic wrap) and said «that’s the problem with you people, you don’t read your contract» I told her we trusted her (my mistake) when she said it was all included. She told me that was my fault. The quote was for 3 movers but it was just 2 because «Michelle» just sat around and looked through my stuff. They left a bunch of boxes that my husband had to take because they ran out of room in the truck, when I told them to make 2 trips they said it would cost extra. We ended up paying them to come to work and take their sweet time so they could get the hourly rate. I should have gone with the other company but this company said I would get what I got last time for cheaper. NEVER again. DO NOT USE THEM, they are CHEATERS and they intentionally mislead!
