AC is way too loud. Curtains smell like mildew. The fridge has to «cool down» every fifteen or so minutes which makes it run REALLY loud. The door doesn’t close unless you SLAM it. You could tell the bed was worn since you could hear and feel the bed springs.
An okay room with a decent sized bathroom. They do have a mini coffee maker and microwave. There is a mini fridge but like I mentioned above, it’s super loud.
The AC doesn’t get very hot nor does it get very cold. But it does get very loud. Like so loud that it’ll wake you up. The sound of the AC and fridge will definitely keep you up if you’re a light sleeper.
The walls are also very thin. If any of your neighbors talks loudly, you will be able to hear them. The location of the hotel is right off a big street as well so it’s not very quiet throughout the night. Every evening there were a few instances where a loud biker would come by and rev his engine.
Not a pleasant experience. At least the cookies in the lobby are delicious.
TLDR; cheap place to stay, delicious cookies, you get what you pay for.

Our room was clean and the staff was courteous. We stayed for one night in a two queen suite. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It was on full blast the entire time but never got the room cold. It was still comfortable so not a big enough issue to change rooms at 12:30 a.m. with two children.
