I was looking forward renting a beautiful home in a wonderful school distract. Though my credit was not perfect, they were willing to work with me by paying an extra deposit. So they agreed to rent to me, informed I would sign lease, pulled money from my retirement and last minute backed on based on falsely reported information gathered through a third party company. I contacted both companies they confirmed their information was invalid and not been updated since 2012. I think a company that is concerned on reputation should use valid tools, and accurate information for their background check and credit history. I have filed with BBB, Fair Housing, and seeking a lawyer for my personal reputation being attacked. Advice to other renters, gather your information yourself cause the companies they use are not accurate.
