History

Established in 2013.

We started with a concept to embrace the art community and allow artisans to come into a great, affordable place with no overhead. To allow shop owners, who couldn’t really afford a brick and mortar, but had great things to sell to enter into a community of other artisans and artists with their own Micro-shops. We wanted to create an inviting atmosphere where people felt welcome, invited and wanted to stay and come back time after time. We added a small café and a Wine and Tea bar with live music to complete the total atmosphere. Our Artists and Artisans are the best people you’ll want to support from handmade jewelry, clothes, pottery, wood-turned and leather items to beautiful art, photography the walls and handmade and re-purposed furniture and home décor. We support local and give back to our community through different charities. We love artisans and hope you come by and sit a spell.

Meet the Business Owner

Patti H.

Business Owner

Patti Hall has been a creator of things since she was a child, always making creative gifts for others, for her children and exploring new ideas. As life got in the way, she moved on to her business side and worked hard to learn all aspects of business. In 1996 she opened her 1st brick and mortar. As she began to realize that her heart was elsewhere, she decided to recreate herself into who she really was and to be completely comfortable in her own skin. In 2013, after closing her successful reception venue and Restaurant, she decided to open a place where artists and artisans could show and sell their unique items without having the burden of a brick and mortar. She has now expanded her concept to create an inviting atmosphere where you can come and spend the day, relax, take an art class, enjoy lunch, have a glass of wine, watch a movie and so much more. With 2 floors of creative micro-shops (as she calls them) Amberleaf Marketplace is truly a destination place you don’t want to miss
