Ultimate Nails and Spa

Only plus here was the people were nice. Pedicure was so rushed. Was not even given the option to do anything but the basic pedicure. Literally done in 15 minutes. Chairs have dirty fur coverings. I wont waste my money here again.

I was there today only because the regular place I go to is not open on Sunday’s. This was the most painful pedicure I have ever had. From the moment I sat down the water was too cold I asked 3 times for it to be warmed up and it remained the same temperature everytime, the man was EXTREMELY rough with my toes I get a pedicure every two weeks and my feet are never bad because I’m always in socks and tennis shoes, so the dead skin was not bad, only the heels, when he was done removing dead skin he buffed out my feet with the scrubber and scrubbed my TOES top and bottom for a good 3 minutes may I repeat again he was very ROUGH, at this point I thought I was going to cry I had told him It hurt and i wanted him to go to the next foot and just stop with the left one so he did. Then he went BACK to the left foot and scrubbed my TOES some more after I had already complained. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would the one star would only be for the good painting job he did on my toes after all that’s the only good thing I got out of it.

Rose did a fabulous job on my new full set. She is experienced, did my Solar tips just how I like them. Danny dud the pedicure and took care if my ingrown toe nail too. ILL. BE. BACK !!!

Would give them zero stars if I could … Just moved here and got my nails filled a week and a half ago. My nails started peeling up and breaking off way sooner than they should have. So I went back to give them a second chance, was told I needed a new set. I agreed and they began to take off my old set. It was a horrible experience, I’ve had acrylic sets taken off before but this wS by far the worst. My nails killed and all I wanted to do was get out of there. I was then told I owed them $ 10 for the painful nail removal. Extremely ridiculous considering they knew I want satisfied. Will never go back again.

I’ve been going here for over a year now. They always do a great job (mani, pedi, shellac, acrylic) and are usually very busy. I always to try to make an appt. so I don’t have to wait. They have a lot of repeat customers (based on conversations) which is always a good sign.

Will never go back. Gave them a second chance. Hadn’t been there in a few years, and no better whatsoever the 2^nd time. Ped and manicure done by 18 year old guy. He got up and walked off during pedicure, someone else came and finished. He came back for manicure and it was the worst I have ever had.

Owner was a complete jerk! I will never do business there! The people working are nice but the owner is an ass!

$ 37 for manicure and pedicure is quite the deal, right?
On my very first trip to Gallatin due to us sponsoring a charity event, I ventured out to run some errands and literally ran into Ultimate Nails and Spa when I was driving around in this unfamiliar area.
Nestled in a tidy new shopping area, this place is professional, efficient, clean, and the prices are very inexpensive!
No appointment is needed as I just moseyed in on a Saturday morning.
I won’t likely come back just because it is 35 minutes away from my home but if I was ever in the area again…
TIP: Their pedicure stations have the best massage chairs! WOW.
