Store had what I needed, the Associates, including the pharmacist, deficient in basic etiquette, hence the reflection in the amount of stars awarded. I found this to be endemic to the community. The basic response to Hello, Good Afternoon, Thank You would have gone a long way to everyone having a better day.

I really enjoyed shopping at the new CVS in Pomona. It has a light right at the end of Jimmie Leeds Road that takes you right to the store without having to deal with White Horse Pike traffic.
The staff have been welcoming and were knowledgeable of their inventory which made my shopping experience much more meaningful. I do a lot of shopping for my family and often have to make special orders with a store due a family member’s illness. The staff at this store worked with me to procure the goods that I needed, gave me a time frame in which to expect delivery, and were conscientious enough to follow up by phone when the stock arrived at the store earlier than anticipated. I really appreciated the level of customer service displayed by the staff at this store. I will go out of my way in order to shop at this location.
