It’s A Grind

Great coffee! I just happened to stop in Galt and hadn’t had my coffee all morning. I drove in to a strip mall and saw It’s a Grind. I never had coffee at any of their stores. I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the medium roast. It was velvety and had nice flavors somewhere between delicate and rich. I will definitely try their other stores in The Sacramento area!

This coffee shop was a 5 star before, unfortunately the service has suffer considerably during the afternoons when the new Manager Hanna is working. She cannot bring the drinks to the customers that are waiting because she is too busy talking with her friends and boyfriend.
I got tired of waiting for my drink (10 minutes) and I went to the counter to ask her about my drink and she told me that she called for the drink once and nobody answer, there was only two people inside of the coffee shop and she could not figure out who order the drink because she was too busy talking to her boyfriend.
If this was not enough to down grade this place, there is health code violations going on when the new Manager (Hanna) is working. She brings her dog inside the coffee shop and plays with it and then goes and prepares the customers drinks and food without washing her hands.
