Two appointments in two weeks were broken by these folks. Not very professional and when I complained the second time I was told that they had 2000 customers and my business was not important. I would never bother to call these people again.

I’ve been to Galveston Computer Solutions twice now, but it was this last time that blew my mind. When the owner/​tech Paul told me my computer was dead, he went above and beyond in his answers to all my questions about buying a new one. I never before actually understood what a hard drive, RAM, or processor did, or how they all functioned together. This time I wanted to know, and he drew pictures for me, gave me ideas about which ones he recommended or didn’t (I went home with a list), and answered about 6 million other questions. He had one new computer option right in the shop, but didn’t make me feel pressured at all to choose that one. I really felt like he was down to earth and hopefully I won’t have problems with whatever computer I do eventually choose… but if I do, I know where I’m heading!
