We are new to the area and decided to give this place a shot. What a waste of money. The pizza tasted like freezer pizza. The margharita pizza looked fabulous on the menu. What I got was some tomatoes and regular cheese thrown on some crappy crust. The strombolis had little taste. The mozzarella sticks were ice cold. $ 54 and I couldn’t get anyone to eat it, and I have 4 boys. We ended up having cereal instead.

First I’m giving them a 1 because of my experience ordering delivery. 2 hours and still no food. I was told they will be here soon every time I called. After 2 hours. Yes 2 hours, no food. 2 pizzas, order of mushrooms and fries. NOTHING.
I called to cancel and the guy did not care at all. Horrible horrible.

Ordered four items for four people, asked that they be labeled, was told yes we already label them, wait 20 min go home open bags, none labeled, one of completely wrong. Not missing ingredients, full of ingredients that the one picky eater in my party wont eat. Gee, the whole reason I gave VIM the better part of $ 40 was the convenience of not cooking and feeding myself and my guests without a HASSLE. Now I can return to the store or grin and bear it… no good options. Hell, I even put my paper $ change in the tip jar. Here’s a tip: when a local yokel with hungry kids, and money to spare walks thru your door and you are in the business of selling food, get it right the first time. I could’ve gone to ½ a dozen other places but I choose VIM for proximity and convenience. Now I’m out $ 40 and I still have to accomodate my picky guest. Thanks VIM, JAG OFFS!

Very very awful experience!!! I ordered 45.00 worth of delivery. When my food arrived, the soup was so hot they must have microwaved it in the styrofoam cups. Then wrapped the cups in foil. When I untapped the foil the soup went everywhere. I finished my pizza which was mediocre. Then I proceeded to head to the pizza shop. Well… I was accused of eating the soup and or microwaving it. I was never spoken to so rude in my life. After 15 minutes of a worker on the phone I was given two cups of cold soup… Have fun with that!

VIM has great pizza… the crust is crispy and they offer quite a few choices of toppings as well as speciality pizzas. Their hot wings are great as well and served with blue cheese dressing and celery. The staff is very friendly.
