History

Established in 1983.

In 1983, Greg Swanby (our founder) loaded up his Toyota Corolla station wagon with colored pinstripe tape and protective body side moldings. He began driving from dealership to dealership offering installation on site. Back then vinyl pin-​striping and rivet-​on body side moldings were new to the industry. Dealerships and auto owners were clambering for ways to personalize and protect their vehicles.

As the business has grown, so has the number of products we have to offer. Vinyl pin-​striping expanded into elaborate graphics. Body side moldings were available in vinyl and came with adhesives built to withstand the elements. Window tinting films became an important product, protecting as well as improving the exterior appearance of vehicles. Wings and Spoilers became popular in the mid ninety’s along with a plethora of truck accessories.
