I’ll admit that this place is AMAZING upon entering and everything is super clean and pretty butttttttt…
My nail tech pretty much tried her hardest to upsell me on Everything and it worked… a little. Instead of a regular Mani/​pedi I got a mid range pedicure with a gel mani (which chipped by day 2) and my total was $ 92. I thought the experience was awesome because everything was so pretty but I ended up getting a so pedicure and gel Mani 3 days later for $ 50 and it was much better (I didn’t even get a spa pedicure here).
I won’t be returning but they seem to have a lot of «garden city housewife» types as regulars. After all, who else can afford such useless expense?

This place was such a pleasant surprise. For being my first time there they took really good care of me. I just loved the whole vibe and felt very relaxed. And I love the fact that I got microdermabrasion on my legs, arms and hands. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely be back.

Love that this place is actually as clean as they claim to be! Wash hands and use fresh tools for manicure and pedicure. The shop doesn’t hit you with an overwhelming smell of nail polish, remover, chemicals. The staff are friendly and the owner. I think one of the younger owners can be a little condescending, but overall, excellent service, clean, nice selection of colors and good value.
Would recommend and visit often!

Clean bright and oh so feminine this place is a great spot to trim up the digits.
Pink and white and cheery all over. The technicians are soft spoken and gentle.
A great array of nail polish colors of course Opi and Essi latest hues.
You buy your own buffer if you don’t want polish.
Everything is disposable and hygienic.
The staff are awesome and the owner is marvelous.

Stopped here for a quick pedicure before a baptism down the street. Realized this morning my toes were a mess and ended getting into down a little earlier than anticipated (NY!). I called ahead and they had a station ready for me when I arrived. The tech was kind and chatty but not overly. She always checked in on her work and asked questions along the way. The post-​pedi massage wasn’t the best but that’s not why I was there. Love this place and will certainly stop in the next time I am able.

What a fantastic nail salon! My mother has been a customer here for over two years, and she is constantly praising the superb service and friendly staff. I joined her to have my nails done this afternoon, and I am in love with this salon! The entire staff is beyond friendly, the service is impeccable, and they are the CLEANEST salon I have ever been in.
I had a gel manicure done and my manicurist was incredibly detailed and made sure my nails were perfect. I also had the «spoiled pedicure» and I am so happy with it. My feet were in rough condition, and they look/​feel totally different now. 100% worth it!
I will definitely be back soon!

I came here with my grandma and mother for her birthday but I personally didn’t get anything done. I originally wanted to give more stars because my mother really enjoyed her manicure.
My grandma on the other hand did not like her pedicure at all but she was too polite to say anything to her lady «everybody makes mistakes» The lady working on her made her bleed, and she said that when she scrubbed her feet it felt like she was scrubbing the floor. It was too rough for her she never wants to come back. If it wasn’t for my mother’s nail technician, I would’ve gave less stars.
Everything else was lovely though, really great ladies.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with nail salons such as nail chipping, getting cut and people being rude. However, when i came here they made my experience so amazing. The owner Raquel is sooo amazing and i want to always come back here. She made me feel so comfortable and was social also which i enjoyed. I got the uv gel and i was so happy. They also offer aromatherapy which is great. They treat every client like a princess which i enjoy. Im not going to lie the prices are higher than most nail salons but it is worth it. They make everyone feel comfortable and can even make you coffee and tea. I recommend Raquel because she did my nails and i am so happy with my results!!!

This dashing diva location is one of the best nail salons I have been too. I enjoy coming here so much that I had to break up with my nail tech of nearly 10 years!!!
The owners Raquel and Agatha are very warm and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and meticulous, which is a big deal to me because I’m a bit of a germaphobe. The nail techs are very talented, pleasant, and courteous. I usually ask for Cathy for my uv gel nail services. She is very friendly and takes her time when doing your nails. You truly feel pampered when you are with Cathy, My nails always come out perfect when she does them :-).
This a great nail salon that is definitely worth the try. You will absolutely love the experience!

Dashing Diva is the BEST nail salon i’ve been to in a very long time.
Raquel and her Mother are the sweetest owners and they are extremely professional. I don’t remember the tech’s name who performed my services, however I remember that she took her time and cared for my nails, and they looked AMAZING. My pedicure was relaxing (complete with a hot cup of coffee *added bonus*) and my gel manicure lasted 2 weeks with zero chipping! I work in the medical field and am constantly washing my hands. I’ve had Shellac gel manicures in the past, and I kid you not, my manicures NEVER lasted the full promised 2 weeks.
This salon is clean, sanitary, friendly and caring. I will be visiting again today, and I am certainly a new die hard Dashing Diva «Diva»!
Oh, and Raquel mentioned that their location has Ladies Night on Thursdays and Fridays, so bring your best girlfriends to unwind and get pampered!

I got a «no chip» manicure and pedicure. But it’s the day after and my manicure is already chipping. Only after cooking and cleaning.
I opted for no chip because my nails get damaged with gel but I should have just gotten gel to have it last longer.
The service was great tho! Loved it! Everyone was very kind.

Best DD in NYC (I have been to most locations)! Staff is super friendly and always going the extra mile so that you feel comfortable and enjoy the Diva Experience. This is the only shop that is attentive to clients so it’s always a pleasure arriving to an appointment and being greeted by Agatha who is always willing to make coffee or tea.
