Jack Craven is an experienced CPA and seasoned financial executive. Clients benefit from his years of industry experience and contacts. Jack’s professional career began at Ernst & Young. His education includes an MBA in Corporate Finance earned with distinction at New York University, Stern School of Business.
Jack currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Society of CPAs. He is the past Chairman of the New York State Society of CPAs Media and Publishing Committee and currently a member of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Jack serves on the Board of Directors of the Garden City Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman

Jack’s experience includes directing the world-wide operations of a B2B publishing company, Jobson Publishing, where he served as Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Financial Officer. Jack joined Time Inc. as Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and was promoted to be Executive Vice President and CFO of Time Warner Retail Marketing and Sales. In addition, Jack was Executive Vice President and CFO of American Media Inc. and took them through a restatement of previously filed SEC financial statements and got them back in compliance with debt covenants totaling $ 1.1 billion.
