Office Depot

This review is for Office Depot Online, NOT the store in Garden City.
I ordered some custom Post-​it notepads online, using a coupon for $ 50 off any custom product. I received an e-​mail confirming the order. After 8 days, when I had heard nothing further, I checked my order status online and found that it had been cancelled because the coupon did not apply. Somehow I fail to understand how Post-​it pads with my name on it are not «custom». I guess the whole world must have my name! I never received any notification that this order had been cancelled, so I assume that I was supposed to wait forever. To add insult to injury, Office Depot FAILED TO REMOVE the hold they had placed on my debit card when I had originally placed the order. So now I have nothing and cannot use my own money for something else because of Office Depot’s UTTER INCOMPETENCE. Staples… here I come.
