If less than one star was possible, I would give it. The short version of a long story: I brought in three garments to be altered. After they were picked-​up two days later, I realized that the work performed was not what was requested, not even close. Not only was the incorrect work performed, but these garments were now no longer wearable. When a refund was requested for the «services» performed, their answer was an immediate and flat-​out «no» and their behavior after I asked why they would not give a refund for their error was hostile and completely unprofessional. Never again.

Wouldn’t take 5 minutes to take my measurments for a bridesmaid dress (I wasn’t buying it here), even though I saw the measuring tapes on the wall.
