One of the worst 7-Eleven locations I’ve ever been to. Like this place is beyond terrible. Service is terrible; no one was smiling, no one greeted my sisters and I when we came in, didn’t say anything when we went to check out. The place is dirty af too. There was trash all over the floor, soda spillage around the soda machines, and this one lady just sat behind the counter and did basically nothing. If you live in the area and want to go to a 7-Eleven, go to the one on Ball and Gilbert! Never coming here ever again.

If you are in need of a money order GETITSOMEWHEREELSE! The employee who gave us the money order told us we could return it if there were any problems, BUT we had to talk to the manager. So, we waited for the manager and guess what? It is against THEIR policy to refund them. We had the receipt side of the MO plus we had the original sales receipt… still no. Oh, and guess what else? EVERYOTHER7-ELEVEN REFUNDSTHEM… IFTHEYCOMEFROMTHATSTORE! So, because the employee lied to us, we have 2 useless pieces of paper. Hopefully the bank can help. Steer clear of this place. They also raised the price on MO’s and had the nerve to tell us we were wrong… keep in mind we buy money orders EVERYMONTH. We factor the extact cost into expenses every month. The extra 25 cents isn’t a huge deal… but when you call us liars… it becomes one. If you don’t refund MO’s even with proper documentation, you shouldn’t be able to sell them. Period. Take your money elsewhere. There is a 7 Eleven right down Brookhurst on Stanford. Go there instead. They care about their customers at the Stanford spot. The Katella 7-Eleven just sees your wallet. Hope this saves someone else the hassle.
