I had a great experience, customers service is straightforward. It’s not «American «where they try to up sale you. You like it then you like it, if you don’t then you don’t. They don’t hound you. The price is more than reasonable, but it is cash and check only. I would totally recommend ABC? just remember to leave your sensitivity at the door.

Great place for windows, cabinets and doors. We bought quite a lot in our last remodel from ABC.

I was referred by an acquaintance to ABC for cabinet and the experience was off-​putting. When I spoke to Hung, the sale guy for cabinet, about the features I got from other places to see if he has them, he seems annoyed by it and jump right to «well if you want to pay more you can go to them.» Right then I got a bad impression with his attitude, but I decided to continued anyway because I am well aware of the «customer service» available at Vietnamese businesses. Trust me I’m Vietnamese, I know. Also the acquaintance that referred me to ABC is their in-​law so I gave them a chance and hope that things would go well because of their relation. The estimate went well; they had a comparable selection to the other cabinet businesses and the prices were much better. My wife and I were ready to buy, but Hung advised us to purchase our appliances first so that we would know the right fit for our double oven, which was good advice. The downside was that he didn’t give us a print out of what he quoted us which we were accustomed to with other businesses. I’m very weary of contractors and retailers with no paper works documenting the agreed upon prices.
We went home and I did some research online regarding ABC to be sure of what to expect. I found some reviews on Unilocal,Google, and Yahoo and they all seems to be very unfavorable to ABC. The majority of the complaints were targeted at the lady at the front office, I did not have direct contact with her, but I’d over heard her talking to other customers while I was there and it support the complaints. Also some of the complaints have issue with the time frame in which the order could be filled, so I was a bit deterred. I also believe some of the responds on Yahoo toward negative reviews were made by people connected to ABC posing as satisfied customers who came to the defense of ABC. One of the respond was made by a person name Hieu, I think Hieu is Hung’s brother, because many Vietnamese named their kids with names that start out with the same letter of the alphabet (Hung, Hieu, Hoang, Hao, Hoa, Hai, etc.). A different respond made by a person name Tina, the context of her responds was very defensive and in broken English; I thought this has to be that infamous lady Mai.
My wife thought we should look around a bit and if we can’t find anything better then we’ll go with ABC, because their prices were very good and hope that their relation with our acquaintance would steer us clear of any issue.
I was advised by my cousin to check out 405 Cabinets & Stone off of the 405 and Euclid, 405 has a very traditional selection but no European frameless. My interaction with 405 was brief because they did not have what I want. Guess who I ran into when I was there? It was Hung from ABC. I did not recognize him at first because he had sun glasses on. He was hanging out at the loading entrance, I wasn’t sure if that was also the main entrance so I asked him if it was the entrance to the business, he didn’t respond, he stared at me for a bit and look away. My wife and I went into 405 to look around and my wife told me «I think that was Hung from ABC.» On our way out I greeted him and told him that I couldn’t recognize him earlier because of his get up. He just ignored me and stared at his phone. At this point I just gave up on interacting with this individual. His behavior convince my wife that it doesn’t matter how cheap the price is, it just not worth it.
So we finally decided to make our purchase at a different cabinet place in San Gabriel, the price was the same (on the dot) as what Hung from ABC quoted us. The only downside is the drive, 45 minutes, which is not an issue. I’ll be writing a review for that business once I have completed my transaction with them.
One star on here is because I can’t give a zero so I attribute that to the seemingly good price, the extra star was the good advice Hung gave us on waiting until we purchase our appliances, which help us steered clear of his business completely. I think Hung would do well if he doesn’t let his pride and an adolescent attitude stand in his way. We appreciate his input and knowledge of the product.

This place is ok. We already knew what we wanted so it made it simple for us and they ordered the windows and we got them a week earlier then expected. Only complaint I have about this place is they don’t take credit card/​atm and they’re cash and check only. They charge $ 25 if your check bounce, another thing to keep in mind.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The worse customer service ever and this was just over the phone! The lady wouldn’t tell me her name. She wouldn’t tell me how much it was. She ended the conversation saying «come and pay!» And she hung up on me. I never wished anything bad on anyone but I hope this company tanks!
