TERRIBLE customer service… incompetent, inconsiderate and uninformed about their own products. Please do not waste your time and energy, and find a different Verizon Wireless store location to take care of your needs.
I am a big fan of Verizon and have been very pleased with their customer service, both on the phone as well as in neighborhood stores (Irvine and Los Angeles). This location in Garden Grove is a regrettable exception. This was unfortunate, as I typically support minority-​owned businesses and my mom was so excited to get her first cell phone. The associate couldn’t answer specific questions regarding changes to a family plan and responded with a blank stare. Then, they didn’t have the specific model we wanted in stock, and so the «manager» named Jonathan Lee asked us to return today. After fighting traffic for an hour, we finally arrived at the store and couldn’t believe that they did not have the two new phones as promised. Instead, the manager tried to pawn off a single pre-​owned model and offered to waive the taxes.

Just called this place and see what deals for a new line they had going on. She automatically told me to go to a corporate store when all I asked was if they had any deals. She then told me they only sold phones, I asked so you don’t sell contracts and she said they did. she started mumbling some things and I asked her if she can repeat herself because it was hard to hear. She then hung the phone up on me. You don’t treat people this way. Especially when they wanted to give you business. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Unless your Korean they will probably help you. Save your time and gas and go somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if there was an option, So upset with these people.

My brother wanted to change carriers, buy a new smartphone and keep his current cell #.
They were polite and friendly and made sure to answer all his questions.
They even offered to give my brother a temporary case for his new android which he keeps of course until he can get a good case, but instead the owner threw in a free really nice case which is super great since my brother was spending a lot of money that day! Haha
The only thing that would have been nice to let their customers know is that if you’re switching from iPhone to android make sure your iMessage is off. Otherwise your new android will not be able to receive msgs from iPhone users with iMessage on unless their friends turn off iMessage or send as regular text. So until iMessage times out I have to make sure I change each text to my brother annoying! PS thanks internet so informational ! And also maybe the staff wasn’t aware of this issue

When I need my phone, I automatically go this place all the time. Probably, I have dealt with this place for numerous years. Maybe starting from Samsung flip phone. They are working always hard for customer satisfaction.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Go to a different store or just buy from Verizon directly.
My mom visited this store because her old phone wasn’t working well and wanted to upgrade to a non-​smartphone. We were told that they will give us an open boxed iPhone 4 for free and we can continue to use it as a non-​smartphone if we just use it as a smartphone for month. iPhone 4S was already free on
with an upgrade but we did it through the store since they said we can use it as a non-​smartphone after a month.
After a month, we visited to store to cancel the data plan and to use it as a non-​smartphone but they said we would need to use the old, broken phone and use the iPhone as an iTouch. We were obviously not told of this fact in the beginning and wouldn’t have of done it if it was going to be an iTouch. We already have couple of old smartphones at home and didn’t need another one. We told them the reason for upgrade was due to broken phone, yet we were left with using the broken phone due to their misleading information for their own profit.
These guys obviously took advantage over elderly people thinking that they will come to them due to labguage barrier. If we wanted a smartphone for WiFi use, we could’ve gotten a new iPhone 4S from
(the one we got from this store was used as demo phone and didn’t even have an earphone!)
I would never go to this store because this place is scam and will not give you correct information.

This place gets 1 star ONLY because I have to, just to leave a review. DON’T EVER BUY ANY ACCESSORIES FROM THIS STORE! I bought ear buds from here, only to find out that you can’t hear out of one side. I tried to exchange it within 3 days, but I was told I have to buy a new one. They have a f*cken 7-​day return policy! WTH?! From the salespeople to the owner himself… talk about RUDE and SHADY! This store is lucky they’re not being reported to the Better Business Bureau! $ 20 is just not worth my time; they must need the $ 20 more than I do.

Never had a problem. Great service and couldn’t be happier.
