ARCO Gas Station

No Deceiving Prices (Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Target Card, Travelers Checks… Monopoly Money)
They only take Cash and Debit Cards, but this place probably has consistently one of the lower prices for gas in the area. Close the 22 fwy… you can grab gas on the way to work. It is also across the street from a Starbucks… so you can fill up on the caffeine before work.

I live in the IE and my and my god sister was on a phở run to Garden Grove from Corona. The ARCO in my area regular gas is around 4.19 and out there was only 4.09 so yea even thou it’s only a couple of cent different but it made a different

This is probably one of my favorite gas stations, not really for the gas but the Air Pump (since «Gas is Gas» no matter if you get it at Chevron, Mobile, Thrifty, Arco, etc.)
It takes me a long time to fill up my tires with air since I’m very careful not to overfill them and keep checking the pressure. This ends up using a lot of time. At most stations, you get free Air with gas purchases but the air machine is shut off after a few minutes, and I have to go in and awkwardly tell the guy I didn’t get enough air.
But here, they give you a code to punch into the machine! So when it shuts off, just punch it in again instead of walking all the way to the station every few minutes the machine shuts off (or inserting another 75 cents.)

You must be thinking that I’m stupid for writing a review on a gas station… but just keep reading anyways.
So, this is probably the best gas station… evarr. Just off the 22, it’s really easy to just fuel up and keep heading towards your destination (for example: when you’re heading up to LA). Also, prices are CHEAP– well, cheaper than every other gas station in any surrounding city. I have rarely encountered other gas stations which match their prices. Oh, and to clarify, there are 2 ARCO gas stations on the same street, literally 2 minutes away from each other. the one I’m referring to is the one «further away» from the freeway. I prefer this one, as there is rarely a wait to fill up gas. Most people fill up at the gas station nearer to the freeway, because they forget/​/​are too lazy/​/​don’t know about the one 2 minutes away. their loss, suckas!
anyway, if you’re vietnamese, you probably already knew about this gas station, since your parents probably make the weekly trip down to garden grove for groceries. and as a result, they’ve conditioned you to fill up here because it will «save you $ 2 each time». but for those of you who often stop by/​/​pass by garden grove, this be yo’ gas station! (also useful if you make late– night phở trips, which. let’s be honest, you can only get in garden grove)
