just had a great experience with Computech, my all in one Lenovo computer quit on me, brought it in and has it diagnosed, it turns out that the bios needed to be reset, the charge was $ 79.00, two days later it happen again, brought it back, this time they updated my bios and I have been using the computer for a month and its working great. I am impress about their ability to trouble shoot the problem to minimized the cost for their customers. I would recommend their service to my friends and colleagues.

For me this was much closer than frys or microcenter and they had some thermal paste and a cpu fan I needed. They fix computers too.

Me and my family went there many times to fix our laptops and buy accessories, they have high quality products and good customer support.

I GOT MY LAPTOP FIXED! I was having a BLACK SCREEN issue. The computer would turn on but the display was not working. I removed The battery then drained the motherboard of extra electricity, removed the Ram, then the Hard Drive. Well the issue was the MOTHERBOARD had partially gone bad. They had to remove and replace a piece on the Motherboard which was cheaper than getting a new Motherboard. They were AWESOME. I paid $ 135 instead of getting a NEW Motherboard which start around $ 250+ they fixed it.

My Toshiba Satellite was moving like a turtle with arthritis, and after trying to fix it myself, I realized I’d have to take it in. I dealt with Ash, who was straight to the point which I like. It ended up costing $ 96 (which is the highest they charge for a virus, and mine was infected pretty bad) and took several days. The time and money were WELL WORTH IT because my PC had become tedious to use. Now Toshi (my PC) is back to her old peppy self.
Oh, also — they sell refurbished PC’s, TV’s and I think there were some other electronics. I asked prices on a few and they seemed like a good deal.

You know you’re getting quality service as well as top notch customer service at this shop. The owner is a stand up guy and your money goes far here. I traded in my laptop and got a fair price and the transaction was stress free. I was well taken care of and the advice I was given concerning the transition was spot on. I know enough to do some basic work on my computer, but not enough to know where to diagnose and fix if I were to mess up somewhere, which I unfortunately did. I wanted to add a RAM module onto my build to increase total RAM memory, and had purchased one, but had trouble booting it up after had installing said part. I researched around to know that i had to update my BIOS on my motherboard, but wasn’t fully knowledgeable in doing it without the risk of messing up. This is where Computech came to the rescue.
I looked around for nearby shops with good reviews, and sure enough, Computech was at the top of the search list. I came in my computer, told the very friendly technician (curse me for not catching his name!) of my problem. He then would tell me the process of diagnosing, the free Express service when you check in, and the estimate range of the cost if the fix is found, without any necessary parts that need replacing.
I get a call later the same day! My computer was done! I was told the cost, which was within the range that was agreed before. I pick up my computer a few days later, and was told the process of what had to be done in full detail, AND the RAM module I got was incompatible, so they would add a compatible module for me on the spot with just about the same cost of the one I mistakenly bought. I was given a few days to make sure that my computer was running fine without any problems, and if any were to show up, I could bring it back for further resolving without any extra cost.
If I ever need help again, the friendly gentlemen at Computech would be the first to come to mind! Thank you!

TSA damaged my laptop flying from Mississippi to California so I came here to fix my screen. It only took them a couple minutes to come up with an estimate. Their estimate was a little too high for my budget so I told them that I would come back after checking around. Knowing that I couldn’t spend past a certain amount, they gave me a discount and said they could fix it within the next 5 – 7 minutes since the laptop was already opened for the estimate. Not only was it express, they noticed that I had a couple screws missing so they gave me a couple. They were quick and understanding and I would definitely come here again for any future problems with my pc/​laptops.
Plus they take cards so that’s always a plus!

What can I say… I don’t leave many reviews but when necessary! Thanks Ash! I own a PhotoBooth business and was having some issues. Ash and his team knew how important it was to me to have my system running smoothly and although I gave them a tight deadline they took care of me and helped make my events a huge success. I recently purchased a pre-​owned laptop and new PC desktop from Computech. So far, my new PC is running well. And as a graphic designer, this PC is doing a great job with speed and efficiency, thanks to Ashraf. He recommended the hardware I needed in the PC to be able to run my memory hog graphics programs and other Windows software that I run simultaneously. As far as the laptop, I had to take it in to their shop twice because of some kind of conflicting software upgrades. It was a little frustrating, but they got it fixed (twice). However, this time Ashraf provided me some tips and instructions to be aware of and to help prevent Windows from automatically updating my laptop with bad updates, which were the root causes of the «black screen of death.»
I would give Computech 5 Stars, but there is one technician there (who really seems to be a nice person and PC savvy), but lacks the customer service skills. He initially helped me, but not to my satisfaction. Ashraf on the other hand is customer focused and a good businessman in working with you in terms of hardware, costs and time frame.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and products provided by Computech. I highly recommend them for your electronic and /​or computer hardware needs.

Data Recovery $ervice$
My External Hard drive crashed and I Unilocaled for help.
The data on my drive was salvaged, but at a hefty co$t.
The ending co$t ended up being «Very, Very Very Very.00» expen$ive. Count the number of «very“‘s? Each «very» is a digit. The more data that was found, the more expen$ive the cost became. Computech ended up sending my drive out to get the data salvaged.
When asked why the cost became so expensive, the short response was «if you want the data, it will cost you».
Again, my data was salvaged thank goodness. I don’t think I will return to this location for this service again. Keep a duplicate backup of your data!
