Business Owner
Dr. Arrhenius received his medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He completed his residency with an emphasis in foot and ankle surgery at the Detroit Medical Center, which included Detroit Receiving Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Michigan, both of which are level one trauma centers. His extensive training in adult and pediatric surgery includes specializing in trauma, adult and pediatric foot and ankle surgery, ankle arthroscopy, chronic ankle pain, and forefoot surgery including bunions, hammertoes, and flat foot repair. He has had repeated exposure to the challenges of diabetic patients performing limb salvage, skin grafts, and amputations. As a former intercollegiate track and field athlete, he has a special interest in the diagnosing and treating sports injuries and pathology. Dr. Arrhenius comes from a family of athletes and continues to participate in weight training, track and field, and basketball. He grew up in Orem, Utah.
