After an unfortunate bout with a giant rock on the road and some rear bumper damage I needed to replace both my bumpers. Worked with Erik who was great every step of the way and got me fixed up in a good short time. The work was flawless, the paint match is perfect and they both look even better than new. I’m quite impressed and will definitely be taking my car here for any future body work. Would highly recommend this place, high quality professional workmanship.

I had worked with Chris after my car was side-​swiped by a 16-​year-​old kid. Chris was extremely helpful, and made sure to follow up with the insurance company to get things done as quickly as possible. It did take a little longer than expected to get my car back, but he did call to let me know and explained to me that they needed a to have something else approved by the insurance company so that my car looked perfect when I got it back. I loved how thorough they were with the work. When I got my car back, I couldn’t be happier; it probably even looked better than it did when I had first gotten it!

The staff over at Global collision center is always great. Went in there to paint my grill for my car & they recommended me to come back with my vehicle that way they can match the paint perfectly as possible! The turn around time was always worth the wait since you can’t rush perfection, & I understand that.
Eric & Steve followed up with the repairs as much as they could which I appreciate because that’s what brings customer satisfaction! I’m excited for what they have in store for when my vehicle needs its paint job redone ! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done (do keep in mind they have a lifetime warranty) on their work! Not a lot of people can deliver that service! Called this place to arrange a repair and strictly told them what my schedule was. It’s funny how the employee or the owner really never too used any updates. It’s been about a good 9 days and trial nothing was done on the car. It seems as though this poor turnaround and service is just common to them.
I called to ask for an update o my car and an employee literally told me that he had no idea. My suggestion? Stay away from here. RUN from this place.

These guys are beyond amazing. They have gone above and beyond for me and I am thankful for the help Eric Suman and the rest of the team have given me with my Buick Verano.
I was rear ended and they fixed my beautiful Verano back to perfection in less than the amount of days they promised. Unheard of in the body shop industry! The other persons insurance tried to get away with not inspecting the inside stuff that may have been damaged from the collision and just hand me my car back with only the body work done. I was in tears because it’s my first brand new car and I just wanted it be perfect again. I was worried something had come loose in my brakes from slamming on them to avoid hitting the car in front of me when I was rear-​ended… So Global Collision Center actually transported my car to Tustin Buick GMC for me while I was at work! What amazing people! It turned out I was right, something did come loose from the accident. Amazingly enough Global Collision Center actually COVERED the $ 135 labor charge from the dealership on my behalf to avoid unnecessary disputing with the insurance company and to make me a happy customer. Once again, Incredible service!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I brought my car in to be fixed due to an accident. At first, I had to constantly email them to get updated but eventually they would send me updates. But that’s not the terrible part.
So the repairs started on a Monday. Sometime that week I emailed them to see when I can expect my car to be done by. They told me it would be done the following Monday. That next Monday came up and I emailed them if it was done. They said they will begin painting it that day and it will be done on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told that the paint was wrong and so they had to redo it and needed my car for a couple more days. On Friday, I received an email saying that the paint was drying and that my car will be ready on the following Monday. The email specifically said «Only thing is the paint has to dry… I will have your car ready for you on Monday.» They didn’t say they needed to do anything else to my car so I emailed them back saying I will be there on Monday between 1−2pm.
Today, I came in and asked to pick up my car. They asked me if I had received a call. Apparently they needed to add something to my car and that it wasn’t ready. I did not get a call, a voicemail, or an email about this. I had already returned my rental so I currently have no car. Because it was their fault for not calling me or notifying me, they offered to deliver my car to my house. They specifically said that it will be done around 3:30−4pm and will deliver it to me. I told them that I had class and would need my car by 4. They understood that and said they will have it ready. About half an hour ago, I called to see if my car was on its way. They said that it will actually be ready by 430 or hopefully before end of business today. Now I don’t have a car to go to class. I may not even have a car tomorrow to go to work seeing the pattern of them going back on their word each and every time.
Overall, they are terrible with timing, with communication, and with service. When my car is delivered to me, it better look amazingly brand new and come with some kind of consolation for all of the delays and inconvenience they have given me.
UPDATE: I just got my car back and guess what? There’s a scratch/​chip on the door handle that was not there before. Now I have to come back on Friday to get it painted over. They said that if I bring it in the morning, I will get it back in the afternoon. Let’s see how well it turns out and if I really will be able to get it back at the time they said I would.

Despite the long wait, I am happy the car came out like new. I hit a big road debris on the freeway and messed up my whole front end and under the car. Saw my car and now everything looks brand new.

The worst experience with this place. My car was dropped off for rear-​end fixtures from a major accident. Everything sounded great when they took in my car. However, they lost my license plate (blamed me for never having one), an alumni license plate frame (still haven’t replaced it) and the pullover that covers my vehicles trunk. I’m really upset about how many parts to my vehicle they had lost and are not replacing it. I would have never came here if I weren’t referred to by a good friend. It’s costly to replace all that were lost and misplaced by this auto center.

Nice people, great communication, and excellent service was what I experienced here.
A high school kid hit my car, and I let her parents pay cash, to save on their insurance. (HUGE mistake — don’t do it). But the repair of my car was terrific. I had no idea where to go, so when I called a dealer and got this recommendation — I just went with it.
Great place — considering it is a visit you never want to have to make!

Amazing service! Rob took care of my car and made it look brand new! They detailed my car and washed/​waxed. He worked with the insurance company so i didn’t have to worry about anything!

This place sucs. The staff are not friendly at all. Also the lack of communication. Believe me i had a real bad experience at this plc. Long story short they had my vehicle for 2 months and they kept giving me the run around. **********stay away******* theres other places that are cheaper and that do a better job.

I had a wonderful repair experience with Global Collision last week. I brought my VW Bug in for minor fender bender damage. I worked with Virginia. She was very sweet and quoted me a very fair price on my estimate. She was very good about keeping in continual contact with me about my car’s repair status. I am happy to announce I picked up my car today (a week early!) and the bumper looks good as new! No one would ever be able to tell I’d been in an accident. Thank you Virginia & Global!

This place is absolutely terrible!!! The staff is friendly when you first drop off your car, but any time after that they seem like they don’t care. I had to call for the car’s status whenever the expected pick up date came around, they never called me. I would have appreciated a call even if it’s to tell me «hey, your car isn’t ready, but I just wanted to let you know we are working as fast as we can». That would have at least put me at ease that they are following up and not forgetting abut me — keeping me in the loop.
I had my Mom’s car repaired here after a minor front fender bender. I was given a estaminet of about 2 weeks and it dragged onto 3 weeks. I don’t know why it took so long to repair a minor bump. From my understanding they were waiting on an «okay» from the insurance to repair non-​estamineted damages. Why not just repair it and get reimbursed after?!? I thought that’s how car repair shops worked. They get paid either way so why not repair it so the customer can get back on the road.
On the day of pick up I asked if I could write a check for the deductible and they had said no, they do not accpet checks. That was fine and I had brought other types of payments, unfortunately their card reader was not working and they ended up taking my check (I think they sensed that I was already upset). The manager came out to apologize to me for the delay on the cra reapir and even offered to repair the back fender for free (it had a few scratches from another accident) I appericate thier sincerity, but I wouldn’t come back here. I wouldn’t know when I would get my car back.
When I brought my Mom’s car home the front fender was fixed but it definitly was not perfect. All car repair shops guarantee their repairs, but I could definitely see a small gap compared the other side of the fender. The gap is not hugely noticeable, but it is there and they did not do a good job putting it back on.
Overall I would not recommend this place for any kind of services, especially car repairs. They don’t seem very professional and do not follow up whatsoever. I had to constantly call them for a status. They are new to the business and need more office training. Bottom line, do not come here, there are other places that can do the same thing in a shorter amount of time.

Their work was amazing and professional. I am so pleased with their work. It’s as if the accident never happened, there is absolutely no trace of damage. The staff was phenomenal as well. They were so friendly and they knew exactly what they were doing. Awesome.
