Not only did I get rammed in the ass for owing state and federal, this place fucking charged my husband and I $ 278 for getting our taxes done with them. Who knew that you could literally get f*cked three times in a row on the same day in under an hour. I’m NEVER EVER coming back here again. Why the fuck even work and get $ 400 bucks deducted per paycheck just so you can pay even MORE at the end of the year? So fucking over this shit. You’re honestly better off getting your taxes done behind a dumpster in an ally than at this place.

I love this place! Esther (receptionist) is friendly and knowledgeable. She got me an appointment for the next day! Michelle (tax preparer) answered all my tax related questions. She is very knowledgeable and has been at H&R for 20 years! I will definitely go back next year!

I had Larry do my 2009 taxes here and we got them done in 8 minutes, with a fat return and a low processing fee.
I received a courtesy call in early January encouraging me to schedule an appointment for this year and was able to get in the next evening at 7:00PM.
They stay open late during tax season and Linda, who helped me this year, was pleasant and quick as well.
I efiled and got my state and federal in 7 days: perfectly between the 5 and 14 day window she gave me. Sweet!
