$ 15/​hour for a massage was cheap… The last time I was there. I always tipped, and due to great massage, I gladly tipped well. Even if they’re now charging up to $ 20/​hour, who needs a private room when you’re getting a great massage, anyways? The several times I visited there were excellent. If I still lived closer, I’d still be going there.

AHHHHHHHH! IM SO FRAUSTRATED. If I Could rate this place 0 stars I would. Came in yesterday for Gel. Tracy was the lady that did my nails. After an hour we had to take it all off. Why? Because she messed it all up. The color melted and it was messy. Paint was all over my fingers… it was disgusting. They said it was because they had the fan on so that’s why the paint melted… u hmmm ok? The owner apolozied and so did tracy so we took it off completely and I decided to do regular pink top coat, something simple. 30 mins later MY Nails looked like SHIT! Tracy filed my nails so much that I don’t even have any nail left on my fingers. Look at my nails before and look at it after I left I shop. They fked up my nails so bad I just wanted to cry. So the owner didn’t charged me a penny for the service… how could they? NEVER EVER EVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER EVER!

Okay first off, I have never rated any place one star (at least I can’t think of any at the top of my head at the moment.) I guess this will have to be the first.
So let’s just get right to the deal. As soon as I entered this place, I was really confused because I didn’t see any spa pedicure chairs. Isn’t that kind of the first thing you see when you walk into a nail salon? I was literally about to ask the lady who greeted us if they even did pedicures LOL. Second, there were absolutely no customers (I wonder why lawl.) Third, the selection of gel colors they had was so limited and they weren’t that great. They also didn’t have the «Perfect Match» selection like most good nail salons have now a days. Fourth, I felt super rushed to pick a color out for my toes and to be honest, how can I pick a color for my toes when I can’t even find one for my fingers? So I just ended up picking this thick silver glitter one for my toes.
I had a gut feeling I wasn’t going to be satisfied with this place as soon as we came in, but we were in a rush and I really wanted to erase my old polish on my feet and get a new set of acrylics in time for my birthday party later that night. After my pedicurist, Kim, sat me down on the chair, she then proceeded to grab a BUCKET and manually fill it with water… What the heck?! When she asked me if the temperature was okay, that water was ice cold! Then she goes and gets hot water from the sink and adds two bowls of that to set the right temp. At this point, I seriously just wanted to call quits, but I didn’t because she already put the water in the bucket for me.
My girlfriend was getting her nails and toes done at the same time while I only got my pedicure. I asked my girlfriend to ask her manicurist if she knew how to do coffin shaped nails, and the lady just kinda shook her head in agreement as if she didn’t want to lose our business so she said she knew how to do something even though she didn’t. That made me change my mind about getting the acrylics before they had the chance to do them (THANK GOD!)
Kim gave me a very brief, but good massage, but the happy moment wore off soon later. When she put the glitter polish on my toes, they were super messy and super thick. It didn’t look good at all! It looked all bulky and packed on, not smooth one bit. She then asks how they look and I let her know I wasn’t too pleased, and she kind of just gave me this mean stink face. What do you want to me say? Would you like me to praise you for a service that I’M paying for and you obviously aren’t good at?! (No offense) Give me a break!
To sum it all up, the owner of the shop ended up stepping on my 2^nd right toe and the whole polish just slid off my toe even though they had at least 30 minutes to dry. She put a double coat of polish on that toe again, but seriously, I was fed up after that. I just wanted to erase all of the damn polish off! What a freaking waste of money. I paid $ 13 for my pedicure and $ 5 to remove my old acrylics. My toes are freaking ugly now and the polish is all smeared off! I will seriously never come to this place again. No wonder they have no customers. Good luck to them.

Just left this spot and will never ever come back. Let me give you the positive and negative about this place.
Positive it was not busy. Lucky me right lol. I got there about 1 ½ before they closed. So I thought great the reviews I’ve read are good it’s empty. I walked in was greeted by an older gentlemen. A lady right away said she was gonna do my nails. I asked for a full set and she didn’t bother clipping my nails. I didn’t want to get French tip and the lady said she was gonna do French tip. I explained to her I didn’t want it. So she glued the nails on and didn’t remove the glue from under the acrylics. So at this time she decides to get a tool and seperate the skin. It was too late. She literally cut under every single one of my nails. She painted them the color I asked. (at least she did that) well every nail had bubbles. I asked to put a design on my ring fingers. I get it we have to pay extra which I know and was going to. I chose a leopard print yet instead she drew a flower (she just put 5 stupid dots and that was her flower!) I was sooo pissed. If I wanted a dotted flower I would have done it my self! And she did it all colorful. And my nails were a mocha color. Fucken seriously? Well the nails literally lasted me 4 days before they feel off on their own. Not only that She made me pay ahead of time so I have a good tip thinking it was going to be a good experience and they charged me $ 2.00 for using my card without letting me know ahead of time. I would have paid cash. And not given a tip bc she didn’t deserve one. The ladies name was Lili. I will never ever go back. If I could give a ½ star I totally would. Go at your own risk! That’s what I get for cheating on my nail salon bc they were closed. Never again!

I love the fact that they close at 8PM! I get off work at 6:30p every day from Newport and by 7PM most nail shops are already closed and I was in need of some acrylic repairs. I’ve only been here twice and I think this will be my nail salon for awhile. Tammy and Lily have worked on my nails and they are so sweet to talk to. I get to ask them questions about their work and their home life especially their children. Since I know how hard it is for Moms out working their butts off for their kids (especially nail shops), it’s nice to sit down and enjoy listening to their stories. I love it when Lilys daughter 4y/​o calls her at work it’s adorable! they both did An amazing job on my nails. Tammy asked me if I wanted my nails short and thin (because I told her with the work I do, acrylic nails don’t last very long with me) I never knew that we could ask to make acrylic nails A LOT shorter and thinner than other nail shops that just assume we want fat wide and long fake nails! Now I can easily have my nails done all the time and be able to work comfortably with them. No more computer typing struggles! Oh yeah since I get there late it’s usually slow and two people working. Tammy works on Tues/​Weds and Lily works on Almost everyday there but I usually try to go from
tues-​thurs haha. Very affordable for the work done! I’m very simple when it comes to getting my nails done so paying more for what I get isn’t worth it anywhere else:)

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! These ladies are absolutely fabulous! I called 15 minutes before closing time expecting whoever answered to tell me to come back the next day. However, they told me to come on in and get whatever I needed done. Thank you for staying open late!

I’m a regular here! I go here every one to two months for my hair cut and they have yet to fail me. The workers are pleasant and the place is spacious. There’s more nails getting done than haircuts though but i don’t mind as long as i walk out happy :)

Came here to get a full set with gel.
Gel: only about 20 colors, and they weren’t pretty either. Ended up not even getting gel done.
Full set: had to reshape and file a lot because it wasn’t straight. Really thick and blocky. Just doesn’t look natural. She didn’t cover my whole mail with the powder either,
So now my nail looks retarded.
Nail polish: HORRIBLE. One reason why I didn’t get the gel was because I wasn’t paying an extra 10 for gel when they can’t even paint it with regular polish. Super sloppy, cleaned it after but since I chose red, it was noticeable that there was clearly nail polish on the skin around my nails. Had to ask her to repaint because I was so frustrated with it, only to still have it be messy and ugly.
Over all it was a bad experience. I have them 2 stars only because they seemed caring enough to fix it, but honestly if I didn’t point those things out they would’ve let me walk out of there like that. My nails are chunky and just ugly in general. I honestly would’ve been able to paint them better, but I don’t even want to becauSe the powder is not evenly distributed on my nail. I was very dissatisfied and can honestly say I’m not coming back here. With 16 dollars I could have gotten something a lot better, but instead I have to put more money towards my nails to get them fixed elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is coming from a person who gets full sets every 3 weeks. Do NOT go here.

I walked in after a friend recommended that I try to do my nails here because the nail shop next door, White And Pink nails or whatever completely messed up my French. So I went here two weeks after to let the ladies fix the French manicure the shop next door messed up on and I must say that I am a little impressed. I made an appointment with the nice manicurist there, Rosie, I believe, and she went right away and fixed my nails the other shop did an atrocious job on. It’s a fresh, nice place and the ladies aren’t too loud like others, much more professional. However, I am taking off one star because I don’t understand Vietnamese that well, and the people had a slightly difficult time understanding what I was trying to say. But overall, I would definitely revisit to get my nails done again.

Friendly, professional and fun. Came in to get a haircut, left with a haircut, message & facial… I didn’t want to leave, so I come back as often as I can. It is absolutely a wonderful environment. You can to come and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed…
