This is a good place if you need something very specific for your Honda or Acura. Don’t expect much customer service (I am not sure what they are doing) but it seems as though they don’t want to wait on anyone in their front room. I only went by since they are a Torco dealer and to get a blox cam plug. When I was there other people in the showroom ended up leaving since they did not get waited on. Other than that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they seemed to have the services that I needed.

worst place to buy anything the Chinese is a rip off. i brought a map sensor from him and it was bad. wanted a new one but they said they have to return it and wait for a warranty its been over 1 year now and maybe more. I still have nothing and i dont even have the one i got back. If I need a part ill take my drive to JHP usa…

My cousin and I have both bought intakes here in the past. When I came back to buy a new conical filter, the guy at the front made us feel like we were a nuisance. I did not remember the size of the filter, so instead of looking it up on the computer or offering assistance, he simply told us to go measure it come back. Needless to say, I will not be doing any business here anymore especially with this kind of customer service.

Quality Parts! Make sure you have a full day to wait for your car because they more than likely will take 3 times as long as they anticipate.

I love this place! I buy all my OEM car parts from here! Their mechanic really knows his stuff and how Hondas and Acuras work! They are a legit shop. Props to the owner and his employees.

Currently got a stage 3 clutch installed in my nephews car… yeah, I’m a great aunt.
Went ordered the clutch and 5 days later I was back to get it installed. Arrived at noon and around 4 pm the car was ready. The customer service is great. Very nice informative employees. This shop is mostly for Honda drivers since that’s what they specialize in.
When I got the keys I was told that the clutch would feel a bit stiff and that I needed to go race some other Evo to brake it in (funny guy). The clutch itself is great and I highly recommend you get the Exedy Carbon clutch if you’re looking for a light weight, high performance clutch. The clutch itself runs for $ 2,500 plus $ 300 for installation.

Best place to buy anything Honda. OEM and real deal parts… no eBay and China stuff here… if ur a real Honda tuner and like real parts, come here… if they don’t have it they can get it… best Dyno tuner with many years of street and track experience. very knowledgeable on road race parts too. they have a time attack race car…

Been going to Inline Four for some time now. Friendly & very professional team! It’s extremely hard to find a good tuning shop these days. Inline’s pricing is reasonable and they offer variety of JDM products in stock. Please don’t hesitate to contact them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I recently purchased a product in-​store at their garden grove location. At the same time i tried to purchase the same product online and was quoted a price $ 20 lower on their online store and that is including shipping.
When I calculated the price, they charged me tax on the product and convenience fee. when i pay for it online the tax is 3 dollars less too.
I drove to the place saving them the hassle and money on shipping. This is ridiculous and unheard of. I am taking them up with my credit card company and to the better business bureau and see what they have to say about it.

So this place has been around for a while and known for their JDM parts. Went in for some JDM taillights and they called STREETLIGHTZ and they charged me 200 more than what STREETLIGHTZ charges.
Couple months later called in for some stuff they gave me a good price so I said I’ll come by. When I got in they charged me 15 bucks more than what was said on the phone. Not a big deal but driving from a far distance and wasting my time really sets me off and everyone here is just makes you feel like like a nuisance. Everything is overpriced, all the people are unwelcoming and they even charge 4% extra for using a card transaction.
Bottom line :
All I can say is at least honor the price you tell people and treat your customers with some respect.

If I had the opportunity, I would give ZERO stars. David the owner is rude and horrible to deal with it. If you pay by credit card or debit card, they charge extra 3% in addition to said taxes.

They are known for their tuning parts and accessories but they also service your Honda or Acura. You have a choice of genuine factory Honda parts and fluids or you can opt for racing grade parts and fluids, like Torco, if you need it.
I got my engine oil changed and transmission fluid drained and refilled, tires rotated and battery charged. All for way less than what the Honda dealer would’ve charged me.
They’re knowledgable and don’t upsell you on things you don’t need. My dealership said I needed a new battery ($ 96). Brian had it tested and said it was healthy, the terminals just needed to be cleaned and they charged it up for free. That’s $ 96 dollars saved. He also gave me helpful tips to maintain my car and get the most performance out of it.
The people here are friendly, honest and passionate about Hondas. I will be coming back.

Two stars based upon 4 years of experience with them. Let me explain the relevant issues. Today, I called about some PIAA headlights. Yes, just headlights. They are not a difficult product to stock. If this was about a Japanese exhaust or part that needed to be shipped from Japan, I can understand how the issue can get complicated. Getting back on track… I called about PIAA H1 bulbs. They person over the phone informed me he would look to see if they had it in stock. I was left on hold for 15 minutes listening to the radio. I figured this was a complete waste of my time because it was obvious they forgot about me since it doesn’t take 15 minutes to look to see if you have some bulbs in stock. I called back 5 minutes after I hung up. It was the same gentleman, he acts as if I have never called before and claims he doesn’t have them in stock. Obviously he forgot about me on hold. He tells me he will go check again. Fine. Well, he tells me now he has them. PIAA H1 in both yellow and white. Okay great, I tell him I will come in today and pick it up. We hung up.
I show up several hours later. The first guy who greeted me was very nice, but he says I have to wait for the gentleman on the phone since it was probably him who I was talking to. After waiting for about 10 minutes, he says he doesn’t have the lights. What? I told him I just called it and even said I will come in to pick it up. His excuse? Someone probably already ordered it so they are not in stock anymore. Are you kidding me? If he told me to come in, why won’t he hold it? To make a long story even longer, this gentleman begins to talk and talk and talk about other lights that I have no interest in. I told him I came here because I was told you had the lights I was looking for in stock. Since I did feel that I should purchase some bulbs besides PIAA, I was interested in the Raybrig brand since. When I go to ask him if he has the H1 size in the Raybrigs’, he claims they don’t make it that size. False. At that point, I said my goodbye and left. Not only did it waste my time, it wasted his. It still perplexes me to how the status of the lights can go from: Not in stock — stock — -not in stock in a matter of several hours. And trust me, no one ordered these lights before I came in. The only Honda that would take these lights for low beams is a 97 – 2001 Prelude. Plus, no one would order this color (white) for fog lights. They have the yellow ones for that. What a waste of time. This is not what I expected from Inline Four.
I’ve been there before to order little accessories, spark plugs, spark plug wires and they were speedy, efficient, and much more knowledgeable. The old guys who used to work there that I used to talk to don’t seem to be around anymore, which is a shame since they had so much to offer to the customer. I will likely never go back here again. You already pay a premium for the «JDM» parts, but I didn’t used to mind when there was so much great customer service involved. Now, it is even difficult to tell someone over the phone whether they stock some bulbs. I guess I’ll go back to ordering parts online.

From an outsider looking into this shop, I must say that they rank customer service last and want your money first. I called in a few weeks ago and asked for a particular part for my integra. They said they have it in stock and that the price was 349.49 plus tax. I thought to myself that it wasn’t that bad and drove down the next following day to go pick up my new intake. Now if you haven’t been to their store, your going to spend at least a good hour looking for it because they have no sign in front. The only reason why I noticed the shop was because there were several honda civic’s parked outside.
An hour passes by and I finally find their spot. I walked inside and it’s just like any other performance shop layout with parts behind a glass counter top. Very easy to get distracted if you don’t know exactly what you want to buy. When I asked if they had the intake still in stock for my car, the guy said that it would have to be special ordered through AEM and that it might take several days for it to come in. Alright by this time im pissed because it took me about an hour to get to garden grove plus another hour to find them and now I have to leave empty handed. The guy then said that he’ll be able to take a deposit for the part and that once its in, i could just pay the rest of the difference.
I was just about to when I opened my wallet to take out my Wells Fargo debit card and he then interrupted me by saying that they charge a 4 percent fee on top of the overall price of the intake. F**K THAT BULL S**T! I know damn well that some companies have to pay a portion of how much the transaction is worth but having them charge me on top of the total price just so that they don’t loose money on their sale is just ridicules and down right stupid. Now honestly when was the last time you went into best buy, paid with your debit card, and was charged an additional fee just for paying by debit? EXACTLY!
He then noticed that i was getting pissed and said that he’ll wave the 4 percent fee but by that time I’m already pissed and just walked out and spent my money elsewhere. If your looking for a reliable honest, no strings attached shop that won’t try to snake you for each and every cent you have, check out OptionsAuto, com. Inline Four pride themselves with being in business for over 10 years, yeah but with over priced parts, shitty customer service, hidden fees, and horrible business ethics I’m honestly surprised that their shop still has its doors open.

These guys have been servicing my cars for years! Always the best quality and service. Intakes, exhausts, suspensions, and the like. And the prices on accessories are great.

A female friend of mine told me of Inline Four for looking for certain JDM parts and accessories. I haven’t visited their showroom yet, but from the looks of their website they have a lot of JDM stuff to offer. Located in Garden Grove, I knoew that shipping wouldn’t be too bad since I live in SoCal anyways. :)
What parts did I buy? Well, I was looking for JDM side markers… My latest E-​Project involved cutting my USDM Honda Element fender cladding panels into JDM spec panels. JDM side markers sit closer to the door as opposed to the USDM spec which are near the front end of the vehicle.
