I hope this place gets sue soon. The gay guy that work at the drive though and the fat chick on grill. They have contaminated your food. You really don’t want to eat here. I’m positive customers already fallen victim to their inhumane act. No one should receive half eaten or unnecessary things(spit) in their food. Yes, fast food is unhealthy but there’s no need to make people sick. After witnessing these employees shameful deed. Jack In the Box, you have just lost a loyal customer.

*** Pit stop review(Garden Grove) *** This is a pretty standard Jack in the Box. In the day time there area plenty of fast food places to choose from. However, when it’s in the late hours of the night that all changes. I like places where I consider(or perceive) as the«better» part of town. This restaurant is located on the west end of the Korean district. There’s nice lighting in the parking lot and it’s located on Garden Grove Blvd. I make a point of stating this because Garden Grove Blvd seems to be a very well patrolled street by the Garden Grove P.D. :-) Someone once told me, «nothing good happens on the streets late at night.» I’d have to agree. The only other location good for a late night food run is probably all the way down Beach. Here’s what I liked… * Nicely lit parking lot for a late night run. * On a decently patrolled street for the late night munchies. Here’s what I didn’t like… * Nothing comes to mind. Food = as expected Seating area = unknown(used drive-thru) Service = average Restroom = unknown(used drive-thru)

Like other fast food places, it’s mediocre. It was pretty empty because it’s close to a H-Mart and surrounded by other Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese restaurants. I was surprised by the cashier. He was energetic and got me extra ketchup & barbecue sauce. I ordered two Homestyle Ranch Chicken Sandwiches, curly fries, and a smoothie. However, the food was slate and felt like they left it outside and just reheat it. Overall, it’s a typical fast food quality.

Only giving 2 stars as I go often but had enough. Like normal fast food places they some Times forget or mix up the order people pay for. Well a couple days ago I went orders a few things for my boyfriends my son and their orders can out great and order me a a sausage croissant and my daughter chicken nuggets 1 they shoved it all in one bag. 2 they gave me a ham croissant. 3 they forgot my daughters nuggets. I was already home when I realized it so with my v8 car and my time & putting my daughter back in the car wasn’t worth the trip back. We bought a bit over so we could have shared. But I did try calling no answer… So today I make another trip. Tell the guy at window about the situation said there was nothing thy can do manager wasn’t there… Whatever. I payed and as he gives me my stuffed bag i hold it over my shoulder & tell my son to check the bag see if all there he said yes. But when he put it on his lap has there is bumps and dips in the parking lot he feels a slight burn jumps up. & sees all this oil grease on his pants. The bag was drenched with oils from fryes and tacos LIKEOVERDRENCHED. It could have ripped there bag and there goes my $ 25 order on the floor. Thank god it’s not a bad burn but still… So I tried calling again and no pick up so maybe this will get brought to attention.

ZEROSTARS. Ordered a kid’s cheeseburger meal with curly fries and a lemonade in addition to an order of spicy nacho curly fries at the drive thru. The young girl who took my order was nice enough. She gave me my drink right after I paid. Then she apologized and said she gave me regular fries and had to get curly fries I ordered. She put them in the bag and handed it to me. I didn’t think to check the bag before pulling away. My daughter realized a few blocks down the street that we didn’t get the cheeseburger. I turned around and went back to the drive thru. Told the same girl through the loud speaker the situation and asked for my cheeseburger. She told me to drive up to the window and I was met instead with a man, who may have been the manager. He asked me curtly what was wrong. I repeated myself and heard the girl speak in a loud, shrill, angry voice(she was hiding, mind you, but I could clearly hear her) that she knew that she gave it to me. Then the guy asked for my bag and asked if I had the cheeseburger in my car. Are you kidding me? I did this all with a smile on my face. I know that people make mistakes and I just wanted the cheeseburger that I paid for. But this is really inexcusable. I handed him the bag and said«it’s not in here!!!» Sure enough, they found the cheeseburger in a separate bag still on the counter. He handed both bags back and brusquely said sorry. Then I heard the girl profusely apologize to the guy. Give me a break, apologize to me, the customer, that’s who matters. Also a message to management, not everybody is trying to steal. I really resent the way that I was treated. If I had gotten a straight up, genuine apology, I honestly wouldn’t have given a crap. ETA: I filled out the survey on my receipt and shared my experience. The district manager called to apologize and offer a free meal. I’m impressed that they took care of this situation so quickly and hope that this location improves.

It a fast food restaurant so like all fast food restaurants it mediocre and service sucks .why am I writing this? I have no idea .just for fun I suppose. I eat here all the time to the point that I hate it .I did the survey that get you free tacos and drank their smoothies which is adequate. Service is ok as long as you don’t order custom burgers .I saw other customers do it and it never Done right the first time .I don’t know why people do it at fast food joint .I ordered off the menu and I still received the wrong burger so what do these people except? These employees are just going through the motions until it time to punch out. nothing special here really just a typical fast food place.

There are only a few reasons I would go to Jack in the Crack, which are for a cheat meal or when I’ve had a good amount of alcohol. It’s usually the later because I rather have something where I could swim in grease like the Jamba Juice. The service here is off and on depending on who’s working late. I’ve gotten«Thanks homey!», «Thank you sir!», and«Thanks Holmes!», so it depends on who’s working. I don’t usually like reviewing fast food chains but I do it just for fun. I can write complete non-sense the whole time and people would still read it. Kind of like what I’m doing right now. If I was a zombie, this would be the first place I go to get humans because people are usually too drunk to notice that a mob of zombies is descending on them. Nik-nat patty wack give a dog a bone, Jack. Later, Alligator. See? You’re probably still reading this non-sense. Anyway, Two Tacos, Chicken Sandwich, Jumbo Jack, Large Curly Fries and the Breakfast Jack Combo is what I usually get after a night of drinking and hanging out with zombies. What? Those zombie mofos get hungry. I’m just there for the ride.

How hard is it to order a chicken sandwich with No Mayo, no cheese and extra lettuce? When I called to file a complaint the gentleman hung up on me and when I called back they didn’t answer

I used to like coming here until about 2 minutes ago I found a hair in my fries and told the front counter that THEREWAS A HAIRINMYFRIES and the guy said whatever. So I repeated THEREWAS A HAIRINMYFRIESYOUBETTERMAKESURETHEPERSONMAKINGFRIESISWEARING A HAIRNETMYSONALMOSTATETHAT. Guy started talking to co workers and they were like so who cares she’ll come back. So I politely told them I’ve called my attorney on you before and I’ll do it again. I guarantee that the health department will come shut you down. I left the plate on their counter and walked out. Unless you want FOODINYOURHAIR don’t come here wasn’t the first time this happened but it will be the last time it happens to me there because I WILLNOTGOBACK!

Ever since I have been a kid, I have loved consuming massive quantities of food at Jack at the Box. My family and I grew up relatively below the poverty line, and struggled to make ends meet. As unhealthy as fast food was, Jack in the box remains in my memory as one of the traditional food items we would consume for breakfast on various occasions. It was always the«Jumbo Jack» without cheese that most of my family members would consume, with the smaller kids(me and my sister) receiving a small or medium French Fries. It brought the family together, satisfied my taste buds, and left my stomach feeling satisfied. Maybe nostalgia is responsible for the 5 stars I’m willing to give this location. Maybe it’s the taste. Whichever the case, Jack in the Box will always be a memory entrenched in my heart, and my soul forever.

I came here during a break from work to turn in my 2 free tacos for a Laker win. The drive thru was quick but the lady seemed to have a hard time getting my order. When I got to the window, I smiled and said hello but she didn’t respond. Perhaps she was too busy. Tacos were soggy and curly fries were cold :(

Staff is really friendly every time :) I like that, but it’s pretty much a hit or miss with the food/getting the order right. Just went there today, and I ordered a number 9(grilled chicken sourdough) but they gave me a single layered beef burger flooded in ketchup and mayo, yuck! :/

I don’t eat much fast food these days and the customer service at this location pretty much ensured that I won’t eat there again. Get there at 9:17PM — place is empty with the exception of the staff. I think I saw about 5 total, including the person in charge. Might have been a manager or assistant. They’re all cleaning up and talking to one another and don’t give me the time of day. Not even a glance. Music is playing over the speaker system and I decide that if they don’t acknowledge me before the song that’s playing is over, I’ll leave and find somewhere else to eat. They barely made it. I’m guessing that from the ratings that this place has so far, that the lack of customer service isn’t an exception, it’s the norm.

This was and will be my last visit ever to this Jack in the Box location… I wanted to make sure I changed my Unilocal rating to one star. I came here because I thought the speed and quality of there service would be better than my previous Unilocal review almost 10 months ago. I was sorely disappointed AGAIN… I even called the Jack in the Box’s 1 – 800 # to make sure they knew about my big disappointment. I arrived needing a quick breakfast order. It was a repeat of my previous visit. Please read my previous review. I talked to the manager, Carmen, and she answered me in Spanish. I said, «excuse me… where is my order?» Five minutes waiting for them to take my order and another fifteen minutes before I canceled my order. That’s twenty minutes I can’t get back! Don’t give your business to this Jack in the Box… I will frequent other Jack’s. As for this location… never ever again!
