Joe Nguyen – State Farm Insurance Agent

At first I thought the service was exceptional and the agents were helpful but my experience with them has quickly soured in the span of 2 months. Monthly payments keep changing and even when you decide to pay off your remaining balance, they still send monthly invoices. There is absolutely no communication at all and whatever communication you do have, it’s vague and not helpful. Their quotes keep changing. I will look into the BBB/​corporate regarding this. If you are a current customer facing the same problems, don’t be afraid to look into your legal options because you have consumer rights.
I bought my insurance in July and it is now December and they still can’t get it right. Do you realize how much has happened in the world since then and yet the paper pushing couldn’t be done right here?
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I’ve never been one to disparage on my own community but car insurance is something you want clear communications of with your agent and clearly, this is not the place.

They are just OK. I am giving them a few stars because I feel like they are knowledgeable. At the same time, I have to deduct a few stars because of the times I have asked them questions they don’t seem helpful or approachable. For example, they do not let me finish explaining something before they give me a response. Or their answers are short and vague, forcing me to keep asking for clarification.
Their job is to listen to what happened and give you advice. The agents I have dealt with here don’t advise me, they just answer my questions with the bare minimum. For that reason I never know what my options are and it’s frustrating.
I actually dread coming here and ask some of the other policy holders on our account to ask them questions for me.

I have all of my auto insurances here. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Before I didn’t really understand much about auto insurance and they took the time to explain to me that there are different levels of insurance I can get. I really appreciate that they didn’t rush me into something I didn’t need but took the time to analyze what suits my lifestyle the best. What amazes me the most is that they educated me on many things that I didn’t know an insurance company may offer such as a bank department. I highly recommend coming to the office if you’re looking around for insurance.

I have been with Joe Nguyen office for more than 10 years. Thy has always been very helpful and nice to me and all my family members. She saves us ton of money Every one in the office has always been very helpful and professional! I like this office a lot!

I just switched over to State Farm from Kemper and it is so much better! I don’t know what the negative reviews below are about but Joe has been very helpful since the beginning. Whenever I email him or Sophie, they were very quick to respond to me and even when they missed my phone calls, they would get back to me within that same day. Also, the office is nice, clean, and close to my place (woohoo!). Glad I made the switch!

Just like the previous review states, very horrible service. I wish I could give this place a 0 star but default has it at 1 so I am forced to live with that. Made a phone call and was met with a rude customer service rep. The idiot running this place doesn’t understand that you guys need our business (as customers, you literally work for us). He probably feels entitled or some bogus crap. None the less, I was left with NO HELP for a matter I call on. They told me it would be taken care of, yeah right I am never trusting State Farm (at least from this location) ever again. Garbage!!! On top of it all, it is located in a horrible complex where there are absolutely no parking spots, rude and horrible drivers with no form of driving skills, and an office that is comparable to a shaft. It is all about location location when it comes to business… figure it out!!!
