I came in looking for a bed, found the right bed for the right price with the help of Vincent and Kim. Great customer service and Vincent was able to do same day delivery for me (: great customer service I highly recommend coming here.

This place was very welcoming and professional. I was able to try on any mattress and because it was my first time buying a mattress, the saleswoman, Tram, was very patient and gave out great advice. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase immediately. I was probably in the store for 45 minutes. They were wonderful in helping me and explaining the different types of mattress for the different types of sleepers. They gave me such a good deal! Also free delivery and they hauled away my old one for free. Delivery was also on time and the men were so polite.

Great products and great customer service. Sales associate, Tram, was very knowledgable about the products and was great at making recommendations based on my needs. Shopping for mattresses can be cumbersome since there are so many options. She made it incredibly easy to make a decision. I definitely recommend coming here when unsure about what type of mattress you are looking for.

Mattress Planet is the bomb store! The owner Vince is awesome. He has the best prices and his showroom is neat and clean!!! That is important to me. This is a real mattress store. His prices are at least 20% lower than regular furniture stores and big mattress chains. His sister helps as well and she is wonderful! Try this place out, you will not be sorry!

I came here looking to find a new bed to replace my 15 year old twin size bed that gave me severe back pains and it was a success! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The girl who helped me out always had a smile on her face, was so kind, and gave helpful tips on picking which mattress to purchase. By far the best service I’ve had in a while. Not only having great service, they offer GREAT DEALS!!! This was the only place who gave me a reasonable price for a full size mattress and will definitely return if i ever need anything mattress related again!

My experience was so great here, I wish I could buy beds every day from Mattress Planet. The store is in a strip mall, so you might pass it. The deals were amazing. Kaelyn, the sales person, was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They also gave me amazing deals on the 2 beds that I bought. The store is very clean and they let me try out as many beds as I wanted. They only sell beds, so they know a lot about them. They also did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable, like some furniture stores do.
They also did free delivery and hauled away the old bed at no extra cost. When they delivered the beds, it was the manager himself and another guy. The beds came in brand new condition in plastic. They did not scratch the walls when they installed the beds. And they were very friendly!
