Clean establishment. Open and bright floor plan. Not busy…3 parties already sitting down with their food. No line, no one waiting to order. Stopped by to get a bite to eat and to let my son do a little homework while waiting for siblings. He ordered 2 Sausage Egg Mc Muffins and said, «Can I get that with no cheese?» The attendant said, «Sure». I ordered the fruit and maple oatmeal. The attendant said, «Did you want fruit with it?» I looked at him puzzld and said, «I’m ordering the Fruit and Maple oarmeal on the menu board.» He says, «Oh, okay.» We got the order and there’s cheese inside the sandwiches. My son goes back to the counter and said to another attendant, I wanted these with no cheese. She said, «Sure», and gave him 2 sausage Mc muffins. What happened to the egg? 2 different people cannot understand a simple order.

Are you kidding me? I got one measly piece of lettuce on my buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, which was wilty and old. As a business that is trying to create a more premium menu, you just lost me. This sandwich was not cheap, i usually just stick to mcdoubles. The sandwhich was definitely not worth the money. The service isn’t too great either, they forgot my drink and made me togo order for there as well. I am VERYDISAPPOINTED in the quality of their produce.

When I’ve went, it’s fine. Drive Thru has two rows for cars, though while sometimes handy, some people are just a-holes who don’t know how to zipper. But that’s not a knock on McDonald’s per say. The person who took my order this morning sounded like she did care about anything. The person who took my money was very pleasant though.(understandably so). It’s a McDonald’s.

Just went to get a coffee and a small breakfast burrito, while I sat and drank my coffee I watched them move the cookie display and the cockroaches went running! must have been 20 dead one under it too!(keep in mind the cookie display is an open bottom display with full access where the roaches where) then watched one employee walk around the counter and squish one of the runners on the wall and scrap it off her shoe onto the floor! she walked away like this was a normal thing to do??? WTH!!! PS I didn’t see those cookies go in the trash either… just saying!

I used the drive-through lane on two occasions before my family headed out to Disneyland Park. I was always greeted by a cheerful cashier, which set help set the tone for the rest of my day :) The food was the same as other Mick D’s, but the customer service was outstanding!

Young man, Richard in the drive-thru was sooo polite! Even though I just got an ice cream cone he said«don’t leave ok, let me get you some napkins» and he looked so concerned. He made me happy and I left with a warm feeling in my heart. What a nice young man, hope he gets recognized for his good job.(July 1st @5:30pm)

I’m always coming late at night for random fry and mcflurry cravings! It’s usually consistent expect this one time the fries were not as fresh. Other than that everything usually goes well.

I only come for their breakfast menu when I am in a hurry to go to work at times. I enjoy the fact that this facility has TWO drive-thru entries. Also, the lady who takes the money is the sweetest! She calls you beautiful after the end of each sentence. The reason for such a mediocre review is based on the quality of the food. I always order an iced coffee and it never tastes the same. Sometimes, too bitter, or too sweet. I get the egg white delight and that is just meh. I guess I get what I pay for.

I thought I already reviewed this place. This is getting weird. Anyways one of the better McDonald’s location. Super clean and quick service even on busy days. I love the drive thru, so efficient compared to some of the others. The food is whatever but the service and appearance is top notch by my count.

I don’t expect sh*t from ANY McD’s EVER. Especially when you consider that most of what they sell is «cancer in a bag» AND most of the staff at any given time are half brain dead and can’t work anywhere else. BUT, my wife and kids love that stuff. SO tonight, I obliged. BIG mistake!!! ***********************FAWKTHISPLACE!******************** So there’s a promo right now called«bright light Big Mac special» where you buy a Big Mac after 9PM and you get a free one. Seems pretty simple right?! Well apparently, this is too much math for these mindless drones. I ordered 3… which equates to 6.(I KNOW you’re with me so far!) Well the«acting» night manager doesn’t quite get the black magic behind this whole addition thing that the rest of us learned in grade school. His name is John… simply John, because he «can’t» give out his last name(according to him… per corporate policy) This is understandable since there would be a last name attached to this rant. Anyway, John comes to the window demanding that I pay for 3 more Big Macs if I wanted 6. I told him that I ordered the«bright light» bullsh*t promo(which I now call false advertising) and he stated that I should’ve ordered 6 in the first place. So, I asked John, «would that not equate to 12 total Big Macs?» I’m a big guy but Gawd damn who eats that much? He said he isn’t aware of what corporate policy is regarding free Big Macs and that I’d have to pay for more sandwiches($ 4.31 to be exact). The sign is posted all over the drive-thru on back lit acrylic with graphics and all that. I invited him to walk out to the drive-thru and read it himself but he declined(I seriously don’t think he knows where the drive-thru is located at his own store and probably couldn’t find the enormous back lit cabinets with bright pictures). What started out as a misunderstanding ended up as me and my wife feeling uncomfortable even asking for a corrected order. I usually don’t bitch or cry about these little matters for two reasons… 1)what will they do to your food if you bitch about it? I don’t like to think about it AND 2)ISITREALLYWORTHIT? In this case HELL F*CKINGYES! I opened a Unilocal account just to save all those poor Disneyland tourists that MIGHT check Unilocal for fast food in the area. ***AVOIDTHISPLACE*** *THECUSTOMERISWRONG *THECUSTOMERISDOUBLECHARGED *THEMANAGEMENTCANNOTFATHOMTHEMOSTBASICOFARITHMETIC *WHATSHOULDBE A SIMPLETRANSACTIONTURNSINTO A BARRAGEOFCURSINGOUTOFFRUSTRATION *IFYOUNEEDHELPFROMJOHN, DON’T EXPECTMUCH John…pray I don’t see you on the street bro. I’ll take that $ 4.31 and whatever else you got, straight outta your pocket son.

This McDonald’s has been here for as long as I could remember. It’s been remodeled since the last time I’ve been here and it looks super nice now! It wasn’t as crowded as I would have thought it would have been and it’s pretty clean inside as well. They also have free wifi! Cashier is friendly, but staff is slow… all we ordered were smoothies and it took them so much longer than it should. No one was in line in front of us and there was maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru. Drinks weren’t even filled up to the top!

I never thought I write a review about McD much less think of it highly, but as these past months have left me with little time I have come to frequent a few McDs’ . I am fond of this particular location because it’s newly remolded, the morning staff is competent(the afternoon staff leaves much to be desired), and I actually enjoy the coffee drinks, egg white delight, hash browns… well that’s pretty much it I don’t really eat the food here. I like the ice coffee, though without the cream it just taste watered down. The lattes aren’t half bad, my grandma really likes the vanilla latte. The only thing that annoys me is the lattes have gone up by $.30, what’s up with that? Inflation of the prices for goods is out pacing wages.

Most fast food joints are all the same so I never really write a review but today completely changed that. After finishing up my sweet tea, I opened up the cup to get to the ice(Im an ice muncher) & discovered a BUG. If the bug was dead, maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad but this thing was still moving. I honestly feel sick knowing that I drank tea thats been contaminated by some random bug. Not only that, I also noticed that my cup looks like someone got so hungry that they started chomping on cups. I will most definitely be calling to file a complaint. PS, I did upload pictures so go check it out. Thanks for nothing McDonalds! Thanks for ruining my supposed-to-be-relaxing Sunday! For a lack of better words, PHOYOU!
