Hire him if you want to get sued after he does a poor job representing you. There I said it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
I hired this law office to represent me in a personal injury case. They did a very poor job and communicating with me and keeping me in the loop with what was going on. They barely spoke to me, but sent me some papers and advised me to agree to a settlement. I told them this wasn’t sufficient to pay for my medical bills. Then, they kind of just stopped talking to me again. Just short of two years after my accident, I contacted them asking to check on that status of everything, because statute of limitations of just around the corner. After bringing this up, they told me they would file suit. At that point in time, I realized they really didn’t have my best interest in mind, so I hired a different lawyer to represent me.
Once I switched laywers, we learned two things: (1) they finally filed suit after I said «hey.we’re running out of time», and (2) they had cashed a medical payment check from my insurance without informing me or dispersing it. We were eventually able to settle the case. I was happy to see everything was sorted out and over after 3+ years. Thank goodness to my second attorney.
About one year later, I was served by their office. They sued me for attorneys fees, despite the fact that attorneys fees were already allocated within the settlement. So, really… hire them if you want them to turn around and sue you, once all is said and done.

I wish I could give them zero star. Don’t come here. What a rip off place. Office manager Phong DOES NOT honor his words. No respect to clients. They are scam artists!!! Stay away!!!

Jeff actually got me the max amount the insurance would have paid out, but it took FOREVER! I spoke to another lawyer after and he said it should have only taken a few months.
The receptionist, law clerks and basically all the women in there barely speak English and are just buttholes.

These people ain’t no lawyers, they’re professional cons. Be careful people!!!

Consider this a warning! Do not use this law firm. This place is absolutely one of the worst law firm out there in oc. My Gf had a simple car accident case that after 2 years, still didn’t settle. Its always the same bs excuses from them, either the case is complicated or the lawyer finds it convenient to go on vacation all the time. The last time my gf paid them a visit, they said that they’re taking the case to court now… which is exactly what they said half a year ago. Do not trust your cases with this place.

Such poor service. I’ve had a case on going for 2+ years now. Should have been a simple car accident case. I have not seen a penny to this day.
Over the last 2.5 years, I have never received one phone call from my lawyer. I am ALWAYS chasing them. 1 out of 5 times I call, do they even answer their phone. If they do answer, half the time my lawyer is NOT in the office. So I leave a message for them to call me back, and they never do.
Now approaching 2.5 years, I try to call again and they inform me my lawyer no longer works there. Now I am waiting for a phone call from «someone» who will be handling my case from here.
WASTE OF TIME.
ANH NGUYEN, if you care about your company please treat your clients better and have a better handle on your staff.
