I’ve been looking for a decent dental office in Orange County for more than 3 years, and I can claim this is the best local dental office for 3 simple reasons: 1. Honesty. They don’t charge you for unnecessary procedures to rip you off like most offices. They give you the most honest feedback regarding your teeth heath. 2. Affordability(if you don’t have a dental plan) $ 50 for routine cleaning for every 6 months check-up? Can’t beat that price. 3. Professionalism. An awesome job at cleaning my teeth. Hands down the best ever.

Definitely agree with the other review that says this is not a fancy dentist office. They take insurance or cash(cheaper prices for those who don’t have dental coverage) and seem to be very accommodating. I’ve been going here for a few years and never cared for the luxurious offices with flat screen TV’s and whatnot. Their prices are cheaper than others for that reason. Never had an issue with any work done here. They don’t push me to get work done like at most places either. They will let me know what they think will happen in the next 6 – 12 months and to monitor it while others will exaggerate it and tell me it has to be done now. Again, the ladies here don’t speak english too well but it’s fine with me. They also do have a tendency to talk with each other about random subjects which I find funny more than annoying as most would. I guess it’s better than them asking me about my line of work when they have two fists in my mouth.

Dr Nguyen is a great doc who shows me how to take a good care of my teeth. She is also very gently in her teeth cleaning work. Her staff is very caring and also good in cleaning teeth too. If you don’t have insurance, the cleaning fee is decent too. Dr Nguyen also suggested me other dental specialists too, even family doctors in the area. I live in LA but always come to this office to have exam and cleaning. If I have to take care of my teeth cavity problem, I will come here too.

I have been coming here for about 7 years now. It is definitely not a fancy place, but who cares… I’ve discovered that you pay the price for fancy, my friends. Fancy«state-of-the-art» office means they will want you to keep coming for all kinds of stuff that in reality you don’t need. Trust me, I’ve had«reconstructive gum surgery?» WHY!!! I don’t even know. Did anything change? No. Was that dentist office granite countertops and shiny brushed nickel finishes? Yes. Not at Dr. Nguyen’s. They are honest, which after 3 dentist who lied to me to just make money it was refreshing to be told that I don’t practically need all that garbage that the other dentists I visited before suggested. I guess like all Vietnamese business, they rather do an honest and quick job and move on to the next customer. No need to keep me there for hours for work that is not necessary. Few things that keep me coming back: After 2 failed crowns, 3rd time was the charm and the best crown; couldn’t even tell it wasn’t a real tooth. Quick work; never been there for more than 2 hours. Gentleness; they do a meticulous job gently. To me that matters A LOT. Now, to complete the review… full disclaimer: A. If you are looking for state of the art fanciness, don’t waste your time here. You really have to be okay with hole in the wall status. B. Both the dentists are vietnamese and english is their second language. Just an FYI. C. Make an appointment or you will have to wait a while. THEYAREALWAYSBOOKED so you will have to wait weeks at times before you can get it. D. No technological savvy-ness here. All is done the old fashion way. We all have the gift of choice, and I choose to stick to the basics and thats all that I focus on. I rather spend my hard earned cash on delicious food!
