My first visit to this gas station. I has been completely remodeled several months ago. I mean, its a Shell and a 7ELEVEN now. We were with a friend getting gas. We went inside to get Big Gulps. It was pretty busy, but the guy working at the counter whipped through the line in no time. He was nice, and pleasant. The gas prices seem very competitive, and I like the remodel. We will be back

So I went to pump gas here yesterday and no gas came out of their pump. So I cancelled the transaction and went inside to use my card. Today I look at my account balance and they charged me $ 95. So I call my bank who has me three way the gas station to settle this and from the moment the idiot manager answered he was rude and condescending and literally would not stop talking to allow me to speak. He also had the audacity to laugh at me when I told him he was being rude and that I was just going to go in there to speak to him face to face. Then he hung up on me. I will never pump gas here and the manager is obviously a piece of shit. The only reason I will ever go here is to tell him that to what i can only assume is a shit face to match.

This place had the wrong price posted on their sign. Price at the pump was 20 cents more than listed. Wouldn’t refund the difference.

Asked for a propane refill and they let me wait… and wait, and wait! Ended up just going to a nearby place and doing the exchange thing!

I gas’d up here last month using a Shell gift card and was charged the cash price, which is the case if you use Shell-branded gift cards and credit cards. Went here yesterday using a Shell gift card and was charged the credit price, $.10 higher. I tried using the same Shell gift card that I used last month AND I tried using a new Shell gift card. Same result, both charged the $.10 /gallon higher credit price. Something is fishy here. Manager blames corporate and he said there is nothing he can do about it. I contacted Shell corporate. Over 24 hours and still have not heard anything. Sent a follow-up and still nothing. Update: Corporate wrote back to me saying that the retailer is to blame for this apparent change in how cash vs credit payments are made. My take: I am being given the franchisee vs corporate run-around. Who is actually to blame and who can I actually talk to in this case?

I haven’t been anywhere new to review lately so here’s an exciting gas station review. This gas station is off of Valley View and Cerulean near Rite Aid. Easy access, usually not very busy, and the best part is if you shop at Ralph’s you get 10 to 20 cents off per gallon based off how much you’ve spent on groceries. Since Ralph’s is my main grocery store I always get the 20 cents off. Still more than Costco but due to the convenience of this location it’s worth it to me. The End. Carry on.

I thought the employees were funny, they let me have a cup, and the surrounding stations were more expensive.

Went to get gas because the prices were extremely cheap compared to everywhere else. Turns out the sign listed«cash» discounted prices once I pulled in. No where had they shown that the prices listed were the cash prices. Recently they put up a sign stating that the prices were cash prices… but come on… You were basically lying to us.
