Our primary business is the acquisition and management of distressed real estate mortgage notes on a nationwide basis, with an emphasis on California. Since 2009 we have invested a significant amount of capital in notes, with spectacular results. Consider us note «rehabbers». Some investors rehab homes, we rehab notes. We currently hold mortgages in 20 states across the US. We also purchase and manage properties in Southern California that we plan to hold as rentals on a long term basis.
