I will never come here agian. The alignment guy needs to retire, thanks for the help. I went to Yodies right down the street and they helped me no
truck rides great for less then 15% Tire metro quoted me!!! Listen I understand it was a tuff job but you got to take the good with the bad that’s just business now do the owner a favor retire and get a young, fresh alignment guy in there, Fire that old far 32 years this 32 years that… that’s all I heard. The irony of this is, tire metro did the original alignment on this truck and tires lol. Tire metro get rid of that idiot, I Totally understood it might not come out perfect. He was so worried about some online review well here you go. Sincerly consider taking your business here…

I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get a new set of tires for my upcoming road trip in my new 16′ Subaru WRX STi. The owner got me a great deal on a set of Yokohamas. Service was prompt and excellent. I hope to come back again for more tires

I’ve been here three times over a few years. This time around I dropped off a family member to pick up a tire. They didn’t have his size so we ended up going somewhere else. There nothing that really stands out about this place to mention. There aren’t great deals or anything like that. I had an alignment done here once, but that’s pretty much it.

I’m going to rate Tire Metro ⁵⁄₅ Stars for their Alignment service! The guys there have welcomed me in, and got my alignment just right.
However, I want to rate this particular service ¹⁄₅ stars.
Here’s the story. I’ve been hearing a sound coming out of one of my wheels, and I’m thinking that it could be the bearing on one of the wheels going bad. I went to Sears to get something else fixed, and the guys told me that my alignment was off. I would never get it done there because its more expensive. And I like to support local businesses whenever I can. But, I thought, that maybe if the alignment was off, maybe that is what is causing the bearing to only make sounds at particular moments when I am driving. I doubted it, but I knew something had to give. So I returned to Tire Metro, and told them the story, and they checked the alignment, and everything checked out. I think the guy’s name was Shawn, and he lectured me on where the sound could be coming from and why I only hear it on occasion, although he couldn’t hear it when he drove it around the parking lot. Very helpful, and thanks for teaching me! However, he heard another sound come out of the rear wheels, and he took off the wheel, checked it out, and then put the wheel back on. As he was putting the lug nuts back on, he stripped one of the wheel studs. He said that because of the previous work he did (check the alignment, check out the sound that I was hearing), he was going to be set back some dollars because he was doing the check for free, but because «things happen» and the stud got stripped, he said that he was going to try to find one in his bucket of studs, and if not, he would charge me for new ones. WTF? I was willing to tip him and even pay him for checking out my alignment! He broke it, and he was unwilling to fix it on his behalf.
I just got done changing the lost stud, and found out that he put three wrong sized lug nuts on the other studs. How do I know? I took them off and the studs broke! Piece of stud stuck in my lug nuts! After doing extra work, I just changed four studs and put new lug nuts on. Good as new!
I understand that I could be wrong, and thats why I go to my trusted mechanics. I’m not the best mechanic. I’ve trusted Tire Metro before because they always do good work. However, if they break one of the parts on my truck, they should fix it for free. However, they said that because they did all of the previous work for free, and they break something, its like saying, «well that makes it even.» Also, there was one car that was getting two wheels replaced. Prior to that car pulling up, everyone was standing around waiting for work. I brought work, and they made more of a mess than fix anything.

I’ve been buying tires from the Tire Metro for almost 25 years now, and have always been completely happy with their tires, prices, and outstanding service. I recently purchased tires for my wife’s 2011 Lexus RX350, They also did a GREAT job on the brakes and front end alignment of my wife’s Lexus RX330 just before she sold it, as well as for my 2006 Chevy Express 2500 van.
Maintenance is key, my friends! Let the guys at the Tire Metro help take care of your tires, brakes, and front end, and replace your worn tires. You’ll be so happy you went to the Tire Metro. They’re friendly, honest, and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and i wont go anywhere else never have any problem Ian and his crew do an outstanding job when it comes to tires brakes and front end work.

I visited Tire Metro a little over a month ago. I had blown out 2 tires on my car and needed them replaced quickly. I made a few calls to 4 local tire shops. Tire Metro not only had the exact tire manufacturer and size that I needed, but they offered the best prices. I wanted the new tires to match my other 2 tires. Service was quicker than I expected, as well. As soon as I dropped off my car, workers were ready to replace my tires. Since I had called ahead, the tires were ready for me. Service was quick and easy. Tire Metro didn’t even try to sell additional service that I didn’t need such as alignment, like I’ve experienced with other shops. I even tested the shop manager by asking him if I needed an alignment, to which he responded, «You don’t need it». I appreciated the honesty. I’ve been driving on the new tires for over a month with no issues. Quality and service were top notch, and I’ll be returning to Tire Metro for future tire needs.

WOW… Stopped by this place, walked up to a worker and asked for an alignment… With just a quick glance at my car, the worker said «I can tell you 13 problems with your car… And the first one is you!»… Whaaaat the!!! You gotta be kidding me! He didn’t even touch my car, looked at my engine; nothing!!! And let me tell you, my car is very close to new! So disrespectful! If I could –0 stars! NEVER AGAIN!

This place is so crappy, rude shitty service, I got a tire from them for 30 bucks, grant it was used but the tire last me for two weeks, I called them letting them know that there crappy tire blew up on me driving home from work and there response was pretty much oh well, screw this place, pay the extra ten bucks and get your tires from somewhere else

I certainly wish I could give this place a ZERO star! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They say something and take your car and then they keep your car on the rack until you agree to what they want to do and of course charge you for it! Don’t trust anything they say get them write what they tell you or better yet take your car someplace else!

Overall my experience was great! I was in need for a tire check and as it turned out i needed to replace the front right tire of my 2012 Honda Accord. They were super helpful and I received great customer service. I will need to replace all 3 tires in the middle of July and i will definitely be returning to TireMetro.

Great customer service, and it was all really affordable! I got in and out within probably an hour, and was very pleased with the work they did. Definitely coming back, and referring this place to all my friends!

I am a loyal return customer and I highly recommend Tire Metro for any tire needs. I am a single woman and I am very cautious where I go for automotive services. Tire Metro has been honest, and even generous to the extreme over the last 10 – 15 years (I can’t remember how long it’s been):
Recently, I needed a rear right tire replacement, because I ran over a curb and blew the old one, (that I’d purchased at Tire Metro a couple years before). The owner, Ian, told me that I had a few thousand miles of tread remaining on my other 3 tires. There was no point in replacing one new tire and keeping 3 old ones… and there was no sense in replacing all 4 tires yet, either-​it would be a waste of money.
Ian put a used tire on my car so that I could continue to get the rest of the wear and tear out of my other 3 tires-​and come get 4 new ones when it was time. Other than paying for the wheel alignment, there was no charge for the loaner tire or mounting it.
It’s been a great relationship with Tire Metro. I am confident that I am well taken care of here. I always get the best pricing and I know I have a place I can come to, where they have my back.
Tire Metro offers old school kind of service! In this world of internet shopping and faceless, nameless cold experiences, it’s very nice to be smiled at, remembered, cared about and taken such good care of.
There is no other tire place for me… give it a try!

Wow. Just when I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse, boy was I proven wrong here.
So I had a flat tire and my pops decided to bring my car here to replace the tires with new ones since they were worn out anyway. Long story short, within the next hour, I had another flat tire and I literally drove it down one block from the place. I had to switch it out with the spare and bring it back. Instead of replacing it with a new tire immediately, they put on a used tire and told me to come back another day because they were closing shop. Now, this is strange because considering that it is a business, you would think they would try to keep their customer happy by fixing the issue immediately rather than wasting their time and making them come back again.
Then, I began to notice that my car was making some weird sounds when I turned. I brought it to a car shop and turns out, the tires were causing this weird sound. This place that is supposedly specialized in tires did not even put on the right sized tires. Imagine that. Ironic isn’t it?
So I bring it back, and the owner comes out and rudely tells me he «didn’t realize that the wrong tires were delivered to him for my car and he failed to double check if they were the right size. He didn’t know how that happened.» How responsible of him.
Then I told him that it’s very inconvenient for me to have to go back and forth three times just for some tires and in response he says «what do you want me to do about it?»
Not once did I get an apology from him. Instead, I just received attitude and a slightly raised voice.
From this review, I hope nobody comes here for any kind of service, unless of course, you’re in the mood for some rude service.
I would definitely give this place negative stars if I could but too bad Unilocal doesn’t give that option.

Rude customer service. They could have been nice and more respectful. Hidden fees and services charges.

Volkswagen of GG recommended this place for tire repair. Turns out they will plug a tire, not patch the tire just to get you in and out quickly. Plugging a tire is against the law and most big tire shops won’t do it. This place should’ve taken the tire off the wheel and patched it, but they destroyed the inner cords and plugged it instead.
Buyer beware! Fast is not always best.

This place is great. They are fast, do a great job, don’t seem to lie, and are very reasonably priced. Not sure if he’s still there, but if you need alignment, ask for Sean. He’s an old pro at it and won’t BS you at all. As a testament to this place, I moved 25 miles away and still come here when I need tire help or alignment.
