Don’t buy from here they sell car with wrong tools!!! This place need help with there customer service. How can you sell a car with the no tools to change a flat tire? Also telling a customer that it’s your problem doesn’t solve the issue, you sold me a car with tools that doesn’t work and saying you can not help me doesn’t make me want to tell my family about this place, I thought your culture is honest I guess I was wrong. So if you are interested in getting a car from here make sure you change the tire to see if the tool work because you will be in my situation where you have to pay out of your own pocket

I don’t know about sick cars, but this place is A+++++. After a recent car accident I needed a rental car. They rented me a 2012 Nissan Sentra without insurance would cost 30 a day with 150 miles per day. So it’s basically the same old Korean rental car deal.‘ The 5 stars come in because of there service. Is it usual for them to come pick you up where the car is being fixed, then take you back to where the car is fixed without any hassle? Well that’s what kind of service you get here at Vision Auto. Another neat thing is that they are always willing to sell your car for you. They’ll keep it in there lot and negotiate about how much you want for you car, and help you sell your car to make them some profit, but also get you how much you want for your car. I’ve only dealt with them once now, but so far they seem like very honest car dealer, which are hard to come around nowadays.

It’s a small lot in front, but don’t be fooled. The used vehicles which are available here are generally very high-quality, with limited mileage, often lease returns. Ask for Esther, she can look for a specific make/model that you are interested in. My step-daughter and I both purchased vehicles through Esther — 2008 Infiniti M35 and Honda Accord — and are very satisfied. As a plus, Vision Auto can process loan financing through local credit unions.

Did you know they rent cars, too? I didn’t, not until I was carless and desperate. So, over the holidays, I took my car in for a tune-up(a freaking waste of $ 1000, mind you… I swear, I’m going to learn auto mechanics and fix my own damn cars. It’ll be worth it in the long haul) at my local mechanic’s. As a teacher, I am blessed in that I get frequent vacations. Winter break? Hells yeah! It’s the next best thing to summer vacation! But I digress. I get distracted easily(I’m beginning to think teenage ADD is contagious). So anyways, I leave my car at the mechanic’s, and I go off with my friends to go shopping. I couldn’t hear my phone ringing(the mechanic was supposed to call me as soon as the car was done), so I missed the mech’s calls. Boo. i didn’t realize how much time had flown by, because when I finally checked, it was past 5pm! I frantically called the mechanic, but all I got was an answering machine with a fob-voice that said, «We are closed for the holidays. We will reopen January 5th. Happy holidays.» WHATTHE F***!!! I couldn’t exactly blame the guy. He DID tell me that I had to pick up the car as soon as he called. I didn’t realize it was because he was going to be closed for over a week! Damnation! So what was a girl to do? Living in SoCal, I couldn’t exactly get around without a car. I mean, buses scare me, and I don’t know how to ride a bicycle. And walking? *eyes widen in horror* No way! So I did what any savvy girl would do. I called my boyfriend to bitch and moan about my horrible timing. «Call Vision,» he said calmly, oblivious to my pathetic whines. He rattled off the number(he had gotten a rental car there not too long ago while he was getting some body work done on his car), and half an hour later(I called, and they agreed to stay open for me), I was signing away on a 1.5 week rental Camry. And as I drove away, I couldn’t help but be impressed. First of all, the sheer fact that they agreed to stay open until I got there(it was Christmas Eve, for goshsakes!) was a MAJOR plus in my book. Second of all, the sheer fact that the service was so prompt(perhaps they wanted to leave quickly, I don’t know) was another MAJOR plus in my book. Third of all, while there wasn’t a great selection of cars, the Camry I got was new(maybe a 2008 model? I can’t be sure. I’m car-stupid) and really well maintained. Fourth of all, the prices were really reasonable. It cost just $ 25/day, with a reasonable mileage limit. I’ve had many dealings with Enterprise before with mixed results. I mainly chose Enterprise because I get good deals there(my BFF’s brother-in-law is a «higher up» at the company), but the actual Enterprise branches usually suck. Sure the people are friendly enough, but the rental process is SOTEDIOUS, and they always find some way to rack up extra fees here and there… God forbid, I have such car issues ever again. BUT, if I do, I know where I’m going to get my slick borrowed ride. Yep. Vision. Check it out if you’re poor and impatient.
