Founded in 1971, Alan Pre-​Fab Building Corp is one of the oldest modular building manufacturers in California. We are the factory. We have direct control of your project, so you don’t have to deal with middlemen. Located in Gardena CA with a 40,000 square foot production facility, we’ve completed over 5,000 modular building projects.

John first started selling prefab skid mounted buildings in Beaumont TX in 1955. In 1966 he expanded that operation to California and in 1971 formed Alan Pre-​Fab Building Corp.
