I don’t know what was going on but… All of the meats and rice were empty so the young lady started giving very small portions just to make it last. The guacamole had cheese and lettuce in it(very messy). The lady in front of me had to tell her to «strain the beans before you just dump them in my burrito. «I will never patronize this chipotle again. My husband ordered chips and guacamole and it had gaps I had to tell them to pack it down. NEVERAGAIN! Barely had any veggies, salsa etc.

I don’t know what it is. This particular Chipotle is slow as death. Was very excited when it first opened, what at least 4 years ago, bc this is very close to home for me. Well after however many years, this problem has not been fixed. The one I used to go to was in Beverly Hills. The one on South Beverly(not North Beverly, that location is slow too). The South Beverly one and the one in Hawthorne were the ones I would frequent. Their lines would constantly be out the door, literally. But I would have my food within 10 minutes. This location takes the same amount of time, but with 6 people in line. Last time I was there, I looked up the corporate office information, and wrote a complete letter to them about this problem, there were 5 people in front of me. Finished the letter and sent it, and there were still two people in front of me. I will continue to go, because it is so close to me. And the food is still the same Chipotle that you would get anywhere else. But I make sure to go between the hours of 2 and 4, when most restaurants are slow. Just so weird to me that this has not been improved over the years.

This chipotle for some reason still draws in crowd. a lot of times during the ecoli scare, id come and theres still a line here lol. I guess thats good since i never got sick here. But on to the rating, why a four? Well i do know the workers are trying hard to bring back the customers, my bowls are made the way i want and lately they have been good about that. I usually get a chicken bowl which is usually with all the sides as i eat it like a salad. A side of guac and chips as well. Let me say though, two out of five times this last month my guac had absolutely no flavor, no taste whatsoever. Does anyone taste it before they sell it? Once my carnitas had weird fat chunks like they didnt want to take it out and just sell it as is. Once they ran out corn which is unheard of lol. A big chain ran out of a an ingredient??? So i blame the mgmt here for that, but overall still a 4 as i eat here a lot as its gluten free, well my bowl is. This place just needs to make the food more consistent but im a fan, the workers are always nice. Update: Guess all the workers arent great, but most are. One guy there always jumping to the next ingredient. I feel like saying are you eating this or am i lol. Seriously and he seems to get irritated when i would add another vegetable. Come on man i’m there helping your stock and i get this attitude. Vegetables are cheap, the other workers have no trouble making it my way. Then i add some chips and guac and you couldn even fill it to the top, yet the container had guac on the outside and gaps on the inside as the guy couldnt spend a minute to pack it down. Terrible, final was he slammed it on the counter. Next time i get this guy im putting in a complaint unless he chills out a bit. Down one star.

I would put zero stars if I could! This is one of the worse Chipotle ever out there! The food is okay but the people and management is like the movie mean girls, management is the worst at this store!

I love Chipotle but this one is very stingy with portions. Like I got a half spoon full of beans and 2 small pinches of barbacoa and had to ask for more and get charged for it then gave me another 2 small pinches and then I got 6 or 7 pieces of lettuce. never again will I come this Chipotle.

The guac was horrible !!! So plain I had to add a lot of salt just to taste anything. And the service wasn’t great either

This chipotle is located in a plaza filled with a lot of stuff and not excitement to come! Near by… In n out, Panda Express, local supermarket, jersey subs, papa john, Starbucks and etc… I tend to go to other locations because… This one is a little bit inconvenient with parking and driving to… What I order(how I verbally say it in this order) — burrito bowl — white and brown rice(half & half) — cheese on top of rice — drained black beans — fajitas — Barbacoa & steak(half&half) — mild salsa(the tomato) — little bit of medium salsa(green salsa) — corn — little sour cream — lettuce(a lot) — chips & guacamole *** I EATTHISWITH A LOTOFLEMONS(you have to ask for them) Smoked Tabasco And … A spoon…(Apparently you have to ask for these now)

Most Chipotle restaurants are great, but this one is pretty bad. Most of the employees are slow and incapable. The place seems clean-ish and the food is usually decent, but they need a non-idiot to start making their hiring choices.

You guys are terrible. Come in 10 min after my online order pick up time, and still not ready. There was a big order in front of me that was for the same pick up time so I understand 10 min, but why was mine not even printed out yet? Making my burrito and I see them scrambling to make more fajitas. The peppers and onions have barely been in the pan for 5 min and they want to serve me RAW onion and green peppers on my burrito. I ask them to leave them off it because I don’t want to eat raw fajitas. Who wants to eat that? How hard is it to read the instructions on a piece of paper? My favorite salsa at chipotle is the roasted corn salsa. To me, it makes or breaks my entire burrito. Obviously this entry level job is too much for you guys. You have 5 people on the line(which most chipotles have 2). Management at this location needs to be stepped up! 2 other people were waiting for their orders behind me and their orders had not been printed yet either. Ended up walking out 25 min after my pick up time and had 10 min to eat lunch before my break was over. Thanks.

I have eaten Chipotle more than 200 times in my life. Therefore, this place was pretty good. I always get: –double brown rice –fajitas –black beans –half chicken/half steak –tomatos –double corn –green and red sauce(just a little bit) –cheese –lettuce and x1 tortilla on the side HOWEVER, I noticed that my Chipotle was SUPERSOGGY because they did not drain the beans, but just splash it on my food. I also asked for just a little of the red and green sauce, but they somehow did not hear me. Therefore, my food was super wet/soggy. Like, my food was drowning. But overall, it was a lot of food that I was able to just eat it for the whole day.

Honestly e. coli, no e. coli, i’m a huge chipotle fan. Just not a fan of this location. I must have battered person syndrome because i keep coming back to this god forsaken spot. So i placed an order online and it was my usual. Chicken bowl, extra chicken, brown rice, pico, etc, etc. I walk into an almost empty store and they get my order ready since I showed up a bit early. I tell them that they forgot my side of hot sauce. They apologize and quickly get my side of hot sauce. I sit down to eat and after the first few bites i notice there’s no chicken. I walk up to the counter and tell them i ordered extra chicken. Of course they’re very polite and apologetic so they go and fill up a tiny little salsa cup with chicken and hand it to me. That’s not even a regular serving of chicken much less double chicken. I mean why am I paying $ 12 for a veggie bowl, right(not including the dollar and change tip i always leave)? But I hate being a loud self entitled customer and causing a scene(that’s what Unilocal is for) so despite my frustration i sit down and eat my bowl with its meager chicken portions. As i take a few more bites i notice something is missing. I look and there’s no pico de gallo. I walk back up to the counter and tell the worker that they forgot my pico de gallo. They apologize and get me my pico. As i’m eating, i start noticing something is still not quite right. No cheese! At this point, i packed up my bowl, threw the remaining 70% of the bowl in the trash, whispered to the cashier that I couldn’t eat their food and that it was the worst chipotle experience i had ever had, and walked next door to the flame broiler. I should’ve asked for a refund but i was too aggravated at that time. I mean an empty restaurant with a full assembly line of workers and trays full of food ready to be served and they couldn’t get one order right? You would think with the e. Coli scare hurting business and the recent companywide meeting that chipotle would be on point. Instead i’m stuck eating a $ 23 teriyaki bowl and writing a seething review on Unilocal.:(

This chipotle is the slowest. If you’re in a hurry don’t go here. But anyways they didn’t charge for guac. I got a chicken salad and they didn’t give me my dressing. Also they don’t have salad lettuce, and the brown rice is hard af. Some chicken pieces are salty too…

Service here is always very very slow. Typically always dirty, sometimes when I go they run out of stuff * cheese, or veggies. Yes it does have its good days when place is clean, not spotless like some other locations, but acceptable. but for the most part its usually pretty dirty

Love chipotle. This one is good during the day but busy. Around 6:00 tonite it was lame-o. Wanted a steak bowl. The person in front of me got the last of the steak. The steak looked old, burnt and dried out. So I was probably better off that I had to get chicken. We were told that they weren’t going to make anymore steak for the night. At 6pm dinner time no steak. Lame. Were they out of steak? Or just lazy? Read some previous reviews. Sounds like this place is consistently running out of main food items at 6pm.

So there’s good news that came from a REALLYBAD experience last night. So my fiancée decided to bring home chipotle for dinner after he got out of work last night. Fair enough. It turns out he went to this location and something went wrong.SURPRISE. Not. THEYHADNOFAJITAVEGGIES! It was about to be 6pm on a Friday night and they casually brushed off the fact that a main ingredient was gone and had no intentions of doing anything about it. So my fiancée sent an email to corporate and something happened! The next day while we were out shopping he got a phone call from someone at corporate and they contacted the store, spoke with the kitchen manager and are getting other managers of stores in the area together for a meeting. I think the fact that we stated that this Chipotle is notorious for lack of consistency on a regular basis is what spurred their attention. I’m glad something happened because I am still at a loss as to why prior to a dinner rush on the weekend that they somehow supposedly had no more fajita veggies in the building. I call BS.

Standing here at 9:15, reading the open till 10pm daily. Yet they are closed, and just staring at everyone trying to open their doors. I’m sorry but that’s probably the WORST thing you can do as a business. I love chipotle, but I doubt my friends and I will come back to this one. We’ve talked to at least 5 other people who have come trying to go in, everyone equally confused and unhappy. Way to go Chipotle

This was my second time to a Chipotle. The first was about a month ago in Long Beach. I constantly hear from friends how good Chipotle’s food is. After my two visits, I cannot disagree more. We had a to-go order for a school fundraiser(the only reason I returned). I ordered the chicken tacos(3 per order) with cheese, lettuce and hot spicy sauce. Every one of the tortillas were cracked; so tacos they were not… The chicken was tasteless with no seasoning. On to the«steak» burrito. More like minced beef jerky burrito. Can we chop the pieces of steak any smaller and cook them more? I think I’ve had tic-tac candies that were larger. Again, the meat was hardly seasoned. What you would expect from a typical chain Mexican restaurant. My suggestion, find your local family owned and operated Mexican restaurant and stay with them. We live in LA; the mecca of great Mexican food; just not here at Chipotle. Will only be back to support a fundraiser.

This place is very conveniently located, just down the road and a couple of city blocks away. It is one of my post-workout meal destinations, especially after leg day. My favorite thing to order here is the burrito, with brown rice, black beans, chicken, hot sauce, cheese, and guacamole. I usually just get a cup of water to go with that. The place is clean, and the line moves efficiently. Even during rush hour, the employees keep the orders going at an impressive rate. The is plenty of seating inside, and some tables outside. The restrooms are usually kept clean. I just wish more businesses were as efficient as these guys.

None of the employees care what I want in my veggie bowl. None of them are listening to what any of the customers want. Chipotle: What would you like?
