History
Established in 1950.
CrossRoad Christian Academy was started by a group of parents from Calvary Baptist Church (now CrossRoad Ministries) that wanted their children to have a Christian education. The original name of the school was Calvary Baptist Elementary School. Over the years, the school has had to add more and more buildings to accommodate the steady growth in student enrollment, including the addition of a preschool and middle school.
The school currently has three education buildings with over 30 classrooms and a gymnasium. The name of the school may have changed over the years, but the school and teachers have never changed in their commit to provide an excellent academic program in a caring, Christian environment. It is our desire to continue our long history of growth and excellence to best serve the children and families of the South Bay for many more years.
