After we checked Ikea, we checked this place out. Street parking, located right next to a gas station. We were the only ones when we walked in. It was so strange that we were followed by both employee and owner at different times. The owner finally talked to us and was helpful. He gave us recommendations and what type of mattress is the best. As for its name, it does live up to it. There are many different choices of frames and mattresses to choose from. Most were either leather or microfiber. You can even mix and up frames and mattresses. Many comes in different colors, sizes(full, twin, double and king) and material. Memory foams or spring mattresses, different types of wooden frames, or even the metal bed frames for an affordable price. We just checked this place out for more options but we will probably come back here and actually purchase the dark chocolate microfiber futon I really liked. They offer delivery and services to install it.

These guys have handled my futon needs for over 8 years. I have referred my friends to them as well. They will explain everything about the types that they carry, they will show you the benefits of each one. Unlike the other review I was greeted each time I walked through the door and was offered very quick service. I looked at many stores in my area but I found it better to travel 20 minutes to this store for selection unlike others. They charge a very fair amount and are friendly. I have come here alone and I felt safe and treated well. They will load your items in your car.

My mom and I were looking for a futon and while driving on western we saw Futons City and thought what a great day! Turns out, we were wrong. I’m giving it one star for selection. The futons were displayed in a tidy manner and they were all very comfortable. But there was ZERO customer service. We walked in and there was a man sitting near the back. He got up and walked a bit towards us and stopped. I smiled and said hi and he looked at me and said HI back… he looked like he was shocked that we talked. No greeting, no «do you need help» or «what kind were you looking for» We spent ten minutes going around looking at futons. My mom and I discussed the prices and hinted that we needed help. Never did he ask us if we needed help with anything. All he did was sort of stand there and watch us like if he was expecting us to steal something. We moved to the left and he stepped to the left. We moved to the other side and he’d take a few steps in our direction. After a while my mom told me, «lets get out of here, I’m tired of all this guesswork» out loud so he could hear us. Seriously, horrible customer service. And we were genuinely interested.
