Worked with Tim in April of this year of a refinance. We had only been in our home for a year and had a bad experience with the leander we used for the original purchase. We were expecting the refi process to be painful as well. It was anything but. Tim was extremely punctual with emails and very quick to resolve any issues. Tim worked hard to get the deal done within our time constraints and was courteous and professional through out the entire process. He was through in explaining our options and followed through on everything that he promised. And as a little bonus, the payment he said we get was actually a little more that what we ended up getting. I will definitely recommend them as I will use Tim for future purchases and refinances.

I purchased my first home at the end of 2014, and Tim Ashe was my loan officer. I could not have made it through escrow without his help and guidance. He and my real estate agent were like co-​pilots who safely flew me through the storm with minimal turbulence. Tim was able to help when the loan had to be changed from conventional to FHA, and he always kept me apprised of any news that came his way. He worked with my finances to get me the biggest loan possible at a great interest rate, and he was willing to meet with me to answer any questions I had. I always knew what documents were expected of me – bank statements, pay stubs, copies of checks — and when they were due. Had Tim not been there every step of the way, I don’t think I would have survived 45 days of escrow.

I couldn’t recommend Tim more, super responsive and quick to move. We had a really tight schedule and Tim was more than able to accommodate and answer all my questions. My situation was especially challenging as half way through the escrow was cancelled and then reinstated. Throughout the whole ordeal, Tim was able to get back on track without a hitch and we still closed on the original date we set out to.

I worked with Tim early last year (2011). It was the first home for my wife and myself.
