My coworker has been coming here for years. I had a broken molar and Dr. Kim with his little soft hands did his part and now I’m pain free. My dentist for life, forsure. STAFF is SO HELPFUL

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist (as does everyone else)! Dr. Kim and his staff are SO friendly and accommodating. I have been to his office twice and both visits were pleasant. Everything has been painless, even shots. I am SO pleased!!!

I hate going to the dentist, I’ve been to many when I was younger and had a lot of bad experiences with dentists. So I avoided it for a while. It’s been almost 9 years and I just moved to Torrance, so it’s time to go. I read up on all the Unilocal reviews and gave it a shot.
I have to say I feel stress-​free going here. The staffs are all friendly and professional. And the Doctor is always checking to see how I was doing. I’ve been here three times now. The first time I went, I did a check up which is not expensive. I’m used to check up being in the hundreds just for a simple x-​ray. The second and third time I went, was to fill my cavities.
The doctor and the staffs really put you at ease. They talk to you. And you know they care about their patients. I’ve been to other dentists, where they just gossip to each other and you have to just lie there and listen to the whole thing. At Doctor’s Kim Dentists, they are focus on you. So it helps. :D
It also helps that I don’t feel pain. I’ve been to other places where the numbing doesn’t work and I would feel the whole mouth surgery. –_​-​’ But Doctor Kim is patient and gentle.
The office is a little outdated, but the equiment is clean and up to date. That’s all that matters :) As long as I have a great experience from going to the dentist, I have no problem.

Dr. Kim, is awesome, and so is his staff. Shout out to the ladies in the front! I’ve never had to call too far in advance for an appointment. I can usually make a next day appointment, and they’ve always been able to accommodate me. They’re all about their patients, which is hard to come by now. I too was also referred here about 3 years ago, and I’ve been coming ever since. I’ve came for cavities, and the usual cleaning, all are amazing. One occasion my cavity accidentally fell out (I was eating right after, my fault), I came in shortly after and he went ahead and patched me back up.

Harry Kim is awesome. I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime and he is by far the best. He is very considerate and knowledgeable. He and his staff are very professional and will take very good care of you.

Well, I just moved to Gardena and I needed to find a local dentist to get my way overdue dental check up. Thanks to Unilocal,I found Dr. Kim and unlike the other dental reviews, Dr. Kim had the most consistent, positive reviews. He even has a web site where you can read about his bio, his staff, and you can easily book appointments online.
Dr. Kim’s humble practice is on the corner of Crenshaw and 154^th St. The small waiting lounge is a little outdated but comes equipped with plenty of magazines and a ceiling mounted tv. The receptionist is pleasant and accommodating. The individual patient rooms are clean and each have a ceiling-​mounted tv.
Dr. Kim, himself, is a young doctor who is, among other things, very polite, accommodating, informative, and thorough. I’ve visited his office for a regular cleaning, 2 cavities appointments, and a deep cleaning. I have another one scheduled for a orthodontic consultation later too.
But during the whole process, he is always asking if you are OK, the assistant is right there by his side sucking up all the water & saliva, and he’s fast! He even took the time after to show me how to properly brush. Who knew, after all these years, I will incorrectly brushing my teeth. He actually advised me to get the electronic toothbrush.
My childhood dentist, I thought, was the reincarnation of Hitler! Being a patient of Dr. Kim definitely takes away all my childhood fears of going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to his office.

Let me start off by express myself by saying… I HATED THE DENTIST! The last visit I had to the dentist was when I was 12 and it was the worst experience. Just this year I was turning 22 and my dental insurance deadline was a week away. I found this office and so nervous because like I stated I hated the dentist. The business manager and dentist assistants were wonderful and nice! Besides him numbing my gums with a needle, I felt absolutely no pain and if I did he numbed me more! Im sure thats the standards for most denristries but he was patient and thorough! I appreciate his work because I was in so much pain and now Im not! He will be my dentist forever and my children will come once I produce them! Lol Thanks Dr. Harry Kim!!!

I was referred through a friend to Dr. Kim. I heard good things about him but needed to see for myself. I went in for a regular cleaning and I suspected I had a cavity that might need some attention. Dr Kim is very professional and so is his staff. He did a thorough cleaning and did find a cavity. He was very good at identifying the issue and the cavity filling was very smooth and pain-​free. If you decided to see Dr. Kim, you will be happy you did.

No one likes going to the dentist more than I. I always seem to have problems that are painful and scary. But Dr. Kim was very soothing and gentle and put me at ease and calmed my nerves to the point where I actually enjoyed my dentist encounter.

I like the fact that Dr. Kim’s office is open on Saturdays because I never have time during the weekday. He also takes time to explain what he is doing so I don’t feel lost. Also, he does a great job and it is not uncomfortable at all — I just watch TV while he does his work. I go back every six months, so should you!

My wife found this dentist and we have been very pleased so far. We have been here seven times between us, and we are seen at our appt. time not an hour in the waiting room first. Very gentle with that novacaine NEEDLE. Dr. Kim and his staff are very friendly people and they make you feel at ease.
