Established in 1999.

After working as the General Manager of several Party Rental companies in California, Ignacio, the owner of I & O Party Rentals, decided to start his own party rental business and offer customers quality party rental equipment without the outrageously high prices.

I & O Party Rentals has since become a respected family-​owned party rental business that has satisfied thousands of customers.

Ignacio worked his way up through the ranks of the party rental industry. He began as general worker, became a driver, floor manager, and then General Manager at several party rental companies. After 15 years, he decided to begin his own party rental company.

I and O Party Rentals was then established. Because of his experience, he knows how to satisfy customers and provide quality service. I & O Party Rentals offers party rental equipment at low prices without sacrificing quality.

This company is wonderful. Just employed their services for a 120-​person backyard reception. They provided a canopy, tables, chairs, linens, and dance floor. From beginning to end the service was great – they are much more pleasant and accommodating than other party supply rental companies I have worked with AND their equipment is in much better shape than other companies I have used – not sure if it’s because their stuff is just newer or if they take better care of their rental supplies. You can tell they take pride in their work as they were very meticulous in setting up and removing all equipment. I have already referred them to several family and friends and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I am and event coordinator and use I&O for every event I have. These guys are great! They accommodate all my requests and do it with a smile! They are on time every time, even when I ask them to come at 8am! Their equipment is always clean and the quality is great!

My update for I & O:
They were the usual on time for delivery and pickup and I cant really say anything bad overall. They are always nice the guys who come to setup and tear down. My only issue this time was theback and forth I had to secure a discounted delivery fee because I literally live around the corner and the charge was going to be $ 30 (a $ 5 increase from a few months prior) for a dance floor and 20 chairs. I was merely asking them to at least reduce it to match a competitotr willing to drive farther and who hadnt had my business before. It took a week to nail down this discount — and I am a three-​peat customer in year. So 3 stars instead of 4 for that. They are still a good place to rent from and I will go back if needed.

This is a fantastic company to work with! Tracey in the office is a doll and is happy to work with all budgets and any crazy requests. Ignacio the owner is also a wonderful person! I have used them twice in the last two months and was 100% pleased both times.

IMPRESSED & FULLY SATISFIED
I had to put on a very last minute event for 100 guests this past weekend and Ignacio & Tracey were extremely helpful. I called 3 days prior to the event and they were able to accommodate every single one of me needs. They were always in contact and easy to get a hold of and even dropped everything off the night before the event date.
There was a mishap on the table linen colors, but Ignacio himself came out and fixed it the same night with out fail and with a big smile!
Their prices are better than the local competitor Vini and I can’t complain about the service. My event was a huge hit thanks to the help of I&O Party Rentals. I will definitely suggest them to all my relatives, friends and coworkers! Great service and even better prices!

This is a great company! I used them a year ago for my backyard wedding and they did a great job. I called at the last minute to change my order and they were very accomadating and accessible via cell phone.
I called them again today because I’m hosting a baby shower next weekend and waited until now to order tables and chairs and they were able to help! I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I called I&O on a saturday afternoon in a panic. I had been shafted by another rental company when they decided to mess up my order and not deliver the canopy I needed. I talked to Tracy at I&O and she was super friendly and came through with a replacement canopy. I asked if they could deliver right away since my event was going to start in a matter of hours. She checked with the driver and confirmed they would be here within an hour.
The delivery guys that showed up were very proficient and had the tent up and running with time to spare before the event started.
The pro’s: everyone from the company was really nice, professional and helpful. They got me out of a jam with no time to spare and delivered a great product. When they came the following day to pick up the canopy they were in and out before I was able to wake up from my party night.
The cons: Only one: price. A little on the high side. For a 10×20 tent I paid $ 140. But then came the extras. If you want a wall around the canopy its about$ 1.50 a foot (added an extra 30 bucks for what I needed) and if you’re out of the immediate area there is a delivery charge of another 30 bucks and you can’t forget to add tax!
Overall I’m happy with I&O and although I paid a little bit, it was worth the piece of mind of dealing with such nice people who were reliable.
