Hit a curb and got some pretty bad scratches on my car. Maria was very nice and she handled the situation. I got an estimate which was cheaper than Sam’s auto land. Turned in car on Tuesday and got it back Friday. They were extra busy because it was the week after Thanksgiving. Anyways, I am very happy with the result. These guys are legit and generally pretty cool people. Its cash only so be prepared for that.

Great service & speedy turn around! Couldn’t have chosen a better place to get my car repaired.
The shop is family own and the business owner is there to make sure your car is being taken care off. The staff is great.

It was my first time getting into an accident and I was devastated! Lucky my friend recommended me J&R Auto body. They completely took care of everything from dealing with my insurance to get all the parts approved to giving me updates regarding the status of my car. Once I got my car back I was amazed! It looked like I never got into an accident and drove like I never got into an accident. Everyone I dealt with at J&R Auto body were extremely nice. Their work was EXCELLENT!

so unprofessional. some lady here just said «cant help you» basically said the couldn’t do it and its a simple hood alignment. so I’m guessing they don’t need customers? place looks crappy. no thanks and never again

This is a family run business that takes pride in its work. I have known Juan and Rosie for many years and have always taken our work to them. Before I met them, I use to let the insurance company advise me where to have my auto body work done. These were supposedly top rated places that the dealers used for their work on their cars. After experiencing several problems with work, poor paint jobs, ill fitting body parts, my wife suggested an auto body customer who banked at her bank. This is how we met Juan and Rosie. Juan is an extremely conscientious worker who takes great pride in his work. You can see his project cars and know he is about doing a job right the first time. Juan has done all our body work and that of our children’s over the years. Rosie works on the inside and insures everything goes smoothly with the insurance companies.
I highly recommend J&r’s auto body for all your auto body work.

It was my first time getting into an accident and I was freaking out! Of course I was insured but I was very worried of the time it was going to take to get my car fixed especially because I work and go to school. I was referred by a family member to contact J & R Auto Body Shop. They completely took the pressure and stress of getting into an accident off my shoulders. I turned in my car to them and not only did they do an awesome job they also guided me through the process of renting a car so I would not have to deal with the hassle of not having a car for a week. When I saw my car I couldn’t believe it! It was gorgeous! Not only did they do amazing body work. They also buffed my car and washed it too. They made me fall in love with my car all over again. The service and quality of their work is GREAT! And the personal that work there are honest and very friendly! If your looking for great quality and honest service then I recommend J & R Auto Body! Family operated shop. Rosie and Juan are very personable and honest. It’s hard to find a shop like this around here in South Bay anymore. Their work is also the top notch compare to other shops nearby (I won’t name any on Western ave).

Juan and Rosie are some of the nicest, kindhearted people I’ve ever met! Their work is EXCELLENT, and always done in a prompt, professional manner. This shop is the ideal of a family business, and they treat you like family-​which is nice because you’re normally a little stressed by the time you get to them ;) I’ve recently moved states, and I come back to California if I need any work done on my car-​they are the only ones allowed to touch it! Great, honest place!
I thought I parked just perfect in the IKEA parking lot when I got there, but when I was leaving, backing up the car I realized the front bumper was on the curb. When I backed up, the bumper came off loose. I was driving back home on freeway it starte making a flapping sound and started scratching my front tire.
haa haa, first I took it to Scott Robinson and was told that I have to replace a whole bumper and would cost well over $ 2,000! I took it to J&R, the lady (sorry forgot her name) was SUPER NICE, knowledgeable and told me that the only thing I need was a clip that had come off to hold the bumper — for $ 60.
I went back the next day to have the bumper reattached with a new clip. It was super fast, and she only charged me $ 50-​some.
HIGHLY recommended!

If you are looking for an honest, hard working, and passionate about your paint and bodywork, look no further. Juan (the owner) took my 1970 Chevy Monte Carlo and prepared and painted my car masterfully. This classic had been stored in my garage for almost 15 years. I simply could not find the time or the shop who could do the job I wanted. I had not found the shop I felt I could trust, until I found J&R. He advised on a two-​tone gray which I was skeptical of doing but am so glad I went with. It was painted, color sanded and all chromes re-​installed beautifully and with loving care. He painted a red pinstripe to separate the two tones and I am overjoyed with how it came out. J&R’s price was the lowest by plenty, of the 3 serious estimates I received. I saved thousands and got an overhaulin that even FOOSE would be proud of.
This is the first time I write a review about anything but I just had to tell the world and give credit where credit is due. You will not regret taking your car to J&R. They have a NICE & CLEAN shop with plenty of space. No old junkers taking space. They are efficient. It only took them six weeks to complete my restoration. The other two shops said 6 to 7 months.
Go check out his work for yourself. He has a beautifully painted classic Nova you can see there and I’ll be happy to drive my Monte Carlo for anyone interested. Just ask Juan to call me he has my number.
