Sam and his mom are very friendly. the food is always freshly freshly-baked I love their spinach and mushroom boreg but my favorite is the jabs special with pickles and olives. I always ask for them to make it spicy!

Fresh, made to order, and down right delicious! Not to mention SO resonable. The owners are super friendly. Their flat breads are out of this world. I love their zaatar, and meat flatbreads.

We were visiting LA and found this place, the manakeesh definitely taste great and prices are very reasonable. We tried most of things they have on the menu from meat to cheese to zaatar(oregano) and everything tasted fresh and healthy. The service was also excellent

Just found this little hole in the wall place and decided to try the food. It is served hot and fresh as it’s made to order. I had different versions of these flat pizza like breads and they were all quite good. The place is clean but small and the staff is friendly. It’s tucked away in the corner of a strip mall so it’s not highly visible from the street. Worth trying out.

Having grown up eating Zaatar and labane, I am hooked on Jab’s Bakery. I could eat Zaatar every day and never get sick of it. In fact, Zaatar and Labane are quite healthy. I normally get the Zaatar special, which comes with fresh tomatoes and mint/basil leaves. My wife loves the cheese boreg with mushrooms and spinach. Everything is made to order. They also have desserts such as baklava, date and almond pastries and lots more.

This shop is tucked away in the corner on Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach Blvd — diagonally across from the McD’s. I was at ECC, and I wanted to pick up a snack. I started walking toward McD’s, but I didn’t feel like a burger. I then walked toward the donut shop, but I saw the Bakery sign! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a young man, and he was nice enough to go over the menu with me. I ordered the Beef, Chicken, and Zaatar Lamajun, and they were delicious! The beef one was my favorite, and it was a little spicy. It’s a fresh pita bread/naan bread type thing with a smear of well seasoned mixture on top. It was only $ 1.50 -$ 1.75 each, which is a bargain! I added some mushrooms to the zaatar one, and it was a great vegetarian light snack. They offer $ 5 specials for students with ID — I wonder if that goes for faculty too. I will most definitely be back because I saw some hummus in the cold case that I wanted to try. I can imagine dipping my spicy beef lamajun into the cold hummus…

A solid moms and pops hole in the wall. I typically go here for their cookies and baked goods. My favorite would be their pistachio baked goods. It looks like a mini empanada. Very quick and friendly service, if you are overwhelmed with options, just talk it over with the guy and you’ll get lots of helpful suggestions. Lots of parking outside. This is def. my go-to place for bringing cookies and dessert to a party /work event.

I came here after trying some of the cookies my patients had bought from this place. The guy at the front was very welcoming & was patient with me as i didnt know what to get. He explained everything to me. I got one of the specials zaatar spicy with the yogurt sauce & added olives. It was delicious. My all time favorite was the soujoukh & cheese with spinach! I couldnt leave without purchasing some cookies. This place is a must try. I will be back.

Wow! Outstanding food & service! Had the beef lahmajun, spicy cheese boreg, zaatar spicy, spinach boreg & mushroom, and zaatar with labneh. Each were around $ 2 – 4 and really cheap for the quantity + quality! Sam was very friendly and nicely explained the assortment of food and cookies that are available, and gave us pistachio cookies since it’s our first visit :) A+, would eat again.

My husband just discovered this place on Unilocal and wanted to try it. I’m not a very adventurous eater, and I don’t often try unfamiliar things, but I’m glad I did! The guy who helped us was very nice and explained everything(since I didn’t know what ANYTHING was) and made some recommendations. Kids had cheese boreg, both said they were great, and ate them fast enough that I didn’t get a chance to ask for a bite. Hubby had the spinach and cheese boreg, which was very good, and reminded me of the flavor of spanakopita(but a different texture) I had the spicy cheese boreg, and it was DELICIOUS! It had some good heat to it, but wasn’t overwhelming. We also tried some of the vanilla puff pastry cookies. They are light and just slightly sweet. We will be back!

Omg so GOOD! I always see Jab’s pop up on Unilocal when I’m in class so today gave it a try :) I got the soujoukh and cheese and I can’t wait to go back and try more deliciousness. Sam was so sweet and helpful! He gave me a free coconut cookie because it was my first visit. Definitely bringing my boyfriend here next week to try

Hands down best customer service ever. No joke, this place has better service than 5 star restaurants. Food is always fresh and the prices are way too good to be true. The owner deserves so much better than to have this place located all the way in the corner in the middle of nowhere where no one can see it but at the same time if this place was in plain sight, the line would be a mile long. 10⁄10 food 10⁄10 prices 10⁄10 owner

Can’t say enough about JAB Bakery. Sam is awesome and helpful. Knowing nothing about this kind of food, and wanting to try everything, Sam worked with me, giving recommendations that, we’re spot on. I’m going to be a regular!

Let me just start by saying there is nothing in this area that compares to the quality and freshness this place has to offer. In hearing about this place on Unilocal and being Lebanese, it made me curious to try this place out. So I went ahead and ordered the things I eat on the usual and have to travel a good 45min from Torrance just to eat in Anaheim. I can say right now that I will no longer need to travel that distance anymore. This Bakery is Great! With an awesome customer service, Thank You Sam! I ordered– Lahmajeen– A meat mixture on a thin crust and just enough spice. Yes please! Jabs Special– this cheesy goodness and just the right amount of spicy tomatoes sauce. My fav so far! Spinach triangle– spinach inside was just the right amount of sour, plus the dough is soft in all the right places and a pretty amazing toasty bottom! Manaeesh Zaatar– just straight right, a proper taste and a thicker crust just how I like it. This with tea in the morning is a breakfast of champions. Manaeesh Zaatar Spicey– wow! A very nice twist to the traditional and a hit! This can be eaten anytime and that spicy tomato sauce in it gives it a nice zest! Trust me this will not be the last time I come here. I will return real soon and get a whole lot more! Stay tuned !
